With Life comes change sometimes so fast so furious
we end up on our behinds in chaos, confusion, in pain.
Life has no guarantees with no written manual
thus leaving us groping blindly in the dark.
When these changes come we have a few choices …
… we always do …
We can fight them
We can challenge them
We can deny them or
We can accept them in order to move forward
in our respective lives.
There are some changes no matter our actions
it’s not possible to bring back the past …
it just will not happen.
When these changes involve loss
mourning for what was comes along
and with it piercing sadness
a melancholy for what has been lost.
The changes of Life really hurt at these times
and at others leaving us scrambling
to bring order out of disorderly chaos.
Yet from out of those changes we are forced to
differ our views, to try new ways,
ways that would not have been before conceived
and in so doing we grow in ways
we had not previously perceived.
So with all this in mind know that the many changes
that are currently happening today
will eventually settle down and in so doing
a new way and hopefully a better way
will form to be found.

Life is really flowing, just like your great photo Amy 🙂
When things come to close to us, we can feel the need to fight for our rights. When we can’t change, what is happening, we can need to accept and just go on again.

Thank you, Irene. There are times when Life does not seem to flow and we are left with ashes or new or challenge to figure out how to get back to flow. And we all have to figure out what we cannot change and to stop fighting about it. War does not solve a thing. (IMHO) Yes there are times to stand up and be STRONG on what we believe so that others do not take that away from us. Developing Wisdom is so imporant as to what to do. Have a great weekend, dear friend! I really thank you for all the Tweets! ❤ ❤ ❤

Very wise words my friend. Although it’s hard to see light at the end of the tunnel right now with that big curve in the tunnel…

I know, I really do. Yet I refuse to get pulled into the madness that I see around me. Hang in there, Anarette. Just do your best. That is all you can ask of yourself. Much Love, ❤

None of us like change, to be truthful. We squawk sometimes as we are thrown out of our comfort zone. Yet as you well know that is exactly where we grow. Happy Weekend! And I replied to you about the award nomination on your blog! Bless you! ❤

I love the clouds. The lighting is amazing, Amy. Change? It is the only constant in our lives. At work, my job is to be an “agent of change” and that makes me the enemy at times. We can adapt, and we do adapt. Sometimes, as you hopefully say, we improve.

Dan, thank YOU! I really nailed it on these clouds with the light. Things can get tricky when capturing light within clouds as to F stop and the angle you shoot from. YAY for me! And I totally agree with you regarding change. From one day to the next I honestly don’t know what to expect. Life keeps me on my toes that way! 🙂 ❤

The big change here is that I had 3 kitties, now I have 2.

Aw, Resa! Thank you for stopping by and enjoying my art. And Bless you for your compliment how I look. I’ve really been focused on staying happy and consistently working out. Now due to the age issue I really do have to rest more often, or else I look ragged and feel it as well. We all have to adjust.
I’m really sorry about your loss with your baby. I understand how that hurts. Take good care of the two you do have. Enjoy them every day! Much Love to you!! ❤

I couldn’t agree with you more AmyRose…I don’t distress over change, I distress over not moving, staying stagnant and not going anywhere! Change can be extremely hard to endure sometimes, but endure we must. Out of all bad comes good! That we must always remember! Have a great rest of the weekend and thanks for sharing your thoughts and photo….Always a welcome experience Hello from my cats to yours 🙂 VK ❤

Hi, VK. Sounds as if you have a better handle on change then I do because there still are times when I rally and fight it. Catching myself I sigh, step back, and again choose other actions. No sense in banging my head against the brick wall too long. (smile) My cats in return send Pawkisses to your cats! Much Love this day! ❤

I think I handle change well — I love the growth, I do. And I feel inspired by all the possibilities.
— But in the midst of change, when there are so many unknowns, I do falter, and then yank myself right back into hope.
It’s all part of the human experience.
Your photo really does beautifully reflect that feeling, too. A little cloud cover, a completely black sky — the sun is still there regardless. Absolutely crucial to remember it even when you can’t see it or feel it. ❤

Joey, very thoughtful comment which in turn made me think. Sometimes I embrace change and say yippee. Others I feel the prickles of fear in my stomach that I must fight and overcome. Then there are times of change when things are happening so fast and furious I am so overwhelmed. The change that I dread most though is when one of my precious babies is transiting and heading towards the Next World. That is SO hard for goodbyes are heart breaking. I Love what you said at the end how it is crucial to remember the sun is always shining. Thank you for that bit of wisdom!!! (((HUGS))) ❤

This is a good post about change. It forces me to look back to the day I found myself at a path with closed doors. I was forced to change and found myself repeating a familiar cycle related to job loss. I would love your comments about my transformation steps that I plan to feature in my new book. https://ksqandassociates.org/7-steps-to-achieve-transformation/

Thank you. I wrote it so long ago or so it seems that I went back to re-read what I wrote. I at times amaze me. Making changes sometimes is terrifying for they force us to look at things or aspects of ourselves we would rather not. 💖
