    1. Bless you, my friend! Yes, this one is deep. So many go around saying ONLY the Light, they want ONLY the Light. Well, without the dark, there is NO thing. So there is a purpose for it. (((HUGS))) Amy

    1. Yes, I did, now didn’t I? So many keep saying how “bad” the dark is, yet …. if there was NO contrast there really would only be LIGHT and therefore, NO form. Have a beautiful Sunday, my friend! Love, Amy

      1. Yes, Kathy, I did have fun in those gardens. I tried to be as invisible as possible, not wanting to interrupt, because kids in the family came over for a swim, others were hanging out on the porch, and plans were being discussed on how best to start closing down the gardens between the grownups. I just quietly worked with the flowers with my music plugged in, hoping I was not in the way. I hope I stay in touch with Julie, the woman who gave me permission to come, because I really liked her. She has a lot on her shoulders, just like me, so in other words, a very busy life. We’ll see. What will be, will be. And thank you about my avatar. Now I match … My header on Petals, my gravatar and my avatar. Ahhhh … feels good to match! LOL (((HUGS))) Amy

      3. Me too, Kathy. If I think about it, I get overwhelmed. One moment at a time …. then one day at a time. Then before you know it, you arrive at change. (((HUGS))) Amy

  2. Very true Amy.. We each need the dark to see the light.. and our shadows only become more prominent given the light to expose them 🙂 .. All is relative.. in our experience.. Lovely photos and philosophy 🙂 Love Sue xx

    1. Thank you, Sue. So many “see” the shadow, the dark, as “bad”. Without them we would not be able to see form in the physical, and we would not be able to differentiate between “right and wrong”. I know in reality there is no right and wrong, and I struggle to say the correct terminology. All is a learning experience, or at least one would hope it is! Anyways, I do thank you for your thoughts. Have a lovely day! (((HUGS))) Amy
