When you not only close but firmly bolt behind you the door that leads to fear, and then resolutely turn to face the light, your startled eyes begin to see a glorious world full of love, beauty, and peace that has existed since before Time. How good it feels to say goodbye to fear. The weight that falls off your shoulders is immeasurable.
When you are tempted to reopen the door that unleashes fear, and you will be, [for like all habits it takes practice and diligence to change into new], do what works for you to prevent you from falling back into unhealthy. Even unhealthy when familiar, will have you wanting to fall back into it because let’s face it, we are creatures of habit and by creating new, at times it feels terribly uncomfortable until you learn how to fit.
By keeping that door of fear not only closed but bolted shut, you are free to say hello to your brand new self in your brand new world. Welcome yourself to the world of love. Know you have earned this when you choose to say goodbye to fear.
You are loved.

Dedicated to my husband.

Oh Amy, how I love this. The strength of your convictions, your powerful words and beautiful images and the amazing voice of Josh Groban. Did you know he’s one of my favourite artists? I’ve seen him in concert in Melbourne twice and he was incredible. I also love that you dedicated this to your husband. Beautiful post. Much love and hugs from me. xxx ❤️🙏

I love Josh Groban as well, Miriam. This morning I’ve got your name right. (smile) All of us are in a place we either close the door of fear or we continue to be swallowed whole by the effects of fear. Love truly is the answer and it is possible even in today’s world. I’m SO happy you enjoyed this and I pray you took with you encouragement to keep your door of fear closed. And you being privy to certain circumstances of my life, know why I dedicated this to my hubby. (smile) Much love to you !!! (((HUGS))) !!! xo

That last red rose is so pure dear lady, its color just glows. Great pictures Amy and I also must say that plant with the pink flowers with the deep purple core by your front step has grown exponentially since I last saw it. Have you been passing it by each day and feeding it love? It is becoming so glorious 😂 🤣 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

Thank you, Krish. I agree with you about fear. We have to face it, resolve it then close the door on it. Anyone who stuffs fear behind a door (oops I really should have went into more detail about this) is only fooling themselves. And again absolutely correct about love. God bless you too!! xo

Oh Amy, you have done it again! Not only have you shared the most breathtaking photos, but your message is right on time!
Indeed, fear chains us. It robs us. It drains us. Yet, like a safety blanket, it’s very easy to return to what we know is killing us! Changing our hearts and minds does take time. Little by little, our faith and perseverance turn into new, healthy habits.
As someone who has lived through much trauma in her life, fear can be debilitating. What you said is so true. Oh the freedom waiting for us when we let go of fear and fight for life! I love it, sweet friend. Thank you for sharing this inspiring post in a way only you could. You’re amazing. ♥️

LOVED reading your words to me, Holly. Bless you! Fear is the enemy of today’s world and when we finally see this, and do something about it, that is, say NO to fear, we then can begin to live our lives as we desire them to be. Baby steps however, in the recreating process. What we’ve all been through takes a toll, and that being said, nurturing and self-love is a must right now. I too have lived through much trauma, dear friend, and yes I still get triggered but not as acutely as I once did. We carry our scars. I know. It’s what we do with those scars is what is important. I’m so very grateful to have those such as yourself around me. There have been so few in number those who are brave enough to shake free from the shackles of fear. It brings such relief and joy to my heart when I cross paths with someone who valiantly lives. Thank you, Holly, for shining your light! xo

So beautiful, Amy. Not only the photos, which are always outstanding, but the sentiment. You are so right about fear being a habit and habits being hard to break. I’ve broken so many of them so many times one would think they didn’t have anything left to stand on, and yet back they come at the first inkling of fear. Some days it seems as if I have only two emotions — fear and anger at the stupid things I did to trigger the fear. Bit. I can counter that by sitting on a banana with peanut butter on it or by spilling a dish of ice cream in mu lap and I’m right back to my klutzy normal self.
On my way out to look for more bananas now.. I just sat on my last one but at least no peanut butter on this one. Love you kid! 😇🌹❤💖💕

Habits are tough to break, Angie, especially when we have been doing them over and over again for years. The more we practice new habits to replace those that do not serve us any longer, the better we will get with change. And please, be kind to yourself. We all do “stupid” things at times. I’ve learned to laugh at myself mostly. I will no longer get angry with myself for that is only self defeating. Hope you have a great weekend!! Much love to you! xo

Haven’t been online much but also haven’t sat on a banana lately either. If I don’t laugh at myself on a daily basis I would be a basket case. Love you kiddo.

Thank you, Donna! It is of absolute necessity that we bolt that door that leads to fear these days if we wish to have any kind of happiness in our lives. Letting that fear go allows for lightness to come in along with a huge sigh of relief. I’m holding steady and I know you are too!! I’m so proud to call you friend. Aw, StacyAnne. I always look forward to read what you leave for me. Bless you! Unfortunately we are the minority who are not living in fear. People must come to their own understanding that their own fear is allowing them to be controlled and that it takes their critical thinking away from them as well. I SEE and every opportunity that presents itself I point out the acute “wrongness” that is raging out of control. Thank you again for enjoying my photography, one of my passions of my heart. May you have a glorious weekend. It’s turned humid here and dreading to be outside today, but I am going out. Much love to you!! BIG (((HUGS))!! xo

Absolutely sublime, Amy. Transcending toxic patterns is hard, ongoing work. I look at it like training. There’s a huge risk of slacking off, and few are those who can go the distance. There is a point of no return, however, where fear can no longer reach you. Welcome to the other side.💖

Ah, didn’t I just talk to you? LOL Seriously thank you for your compliment, Julie. Transcending toxic patterns especially from the core is THE most difficult work any of us will ever undertake. Oh yes it takes training and much diligence in the heroic efforts to shake ourselves free. So many wounded children are walking around so shut down to which I heartfully pray they wake from their slumber in order to rid themselves of their own toxic dumps within. Those of us awake and having done the work (and ongoing as well) just have to tighten the hatch, so to speak, keep our heads down, and live from our hearts in our own little sphere until the storms pass. I also agree with you there is a point of no return where fear can no longer reach us. That is true and absolute freedom!! Much LOVE to you, dear one!! xo

Thank you so much, Sue! This transformational journey has been a very long one and I hesitate to say it is over. Is it ever really over? I just know there is an unwavering knowing in me now and as well my throat chakra is opened, allowing truth no matter when to come forth. I feel different. I feel as if I’ve slipped into my berth …. me. I’m so convinced I’m better now that in seeing a picture of me last year my first thought I look so much better now. Well, to my surprise in looking in the mirror, I saw just about the “same”. Joke on me. Yet in all seriousness, I do not feel the same. And I love it!! BIG (((HUGS)))!! xo

There is so much fear right now, Amy. The fear is what drives the opposition we all feel. Sometimes I think I am better off just being home…that this imposed exile is not the worst thing. But then I remember the people I love and how I don’t get to see them…and I remember that just when I had become a touchy feely person…because for many…many years I could not be touched and did not touch others either…all touch has been suspended. I know things will change. Maybe not in the near future but the best we can do is to stay in the energy of love and cast out the fear.
Sending you lots of good energy. Your photos are so so beautiful. I have missed you! ❤

Yes, Lorrie, there is so much fear in the world today, yet that is not my story, nor will I feed into it. I’ve learned to by-pass it and stay in my happy bubble. There is no exile in my life … I’m following through with my choices to avoid the insanity. I know how to enjoy my own company and I do have those in my life I can connect to via phone. Touch …. I will not allow anyone, I don’t care who, to tell me I cannot touch. No way! I touch who I want to within my circle of acquaintances, those who are also detached from the fear and control. No one has the right to tell me how to live my life! I’ve worked too hard to know who I am and create my own life. I am now staying in the energy of love every moment of every day after going through more hells then I’d like to admit as I did connect to the destructive fear. No more!
Sending you lots of love, encouragement to be you, and a knowing, in God there is no fear. Much love to you!! xo
