… no darkness shall be.
Not able to sleep well last night having had a very troubling day yesterday, I opted to get up early and found myself outside with my camera starting at 4:45am. I just followed my feet. To my delight I found treasures and then some. First, mist …
then sensational sky drama …
I stood there for a long time just gazing with my soul drinking in the sheer majestic scenery. How empowering to stand witnessing the Miracle of a New Day dawning. When I had my fill and the light was getting brighter I continued my journey into a nearby park.
I wasn’t “expecting” anything, just allowing events to unfold. I listened to the birds waking up and my eyes were constantly looking at the beauty around me. As I approached an intersection, I saw a large number of cars which I found intriguing. The time was about 6am. I decided to begin to walk towards those cars to investigate.
And look what I found! An exercise class in session is what I found! The second picture you will see one of the instructors walking over towards me with barbells because you see I joined in with folks who know how important and good exercise is for you.
After this class I continued my walk towards home having to feed my cats. In doing so a car slowed down coming from behind me, and the female instructor who held this class stopped to talk to me. She is a second grade teacher who owns a gym who chose to hold exercise classes outside for her members. I looked at her, and said, “God bless you for what you are doing!” I gave her my information for this blog and I really hope she stops by to see what I posted today.
One more sight pulled at me hard after I spoke with this woman. I stopped and took a picture of the undeniable proof that Divinity is most certainly present in our world. The light in this world is all around us. We just have to have eyes to see it.
May you know love and peace this day. Bless you all!

There is magic all around dear lady, even in us humans ❤️ 🙏🏽
As for that picture my eyes were drawn to that exact center, like a heart shaped eye was peering at you to watch over you, a guardian if you will 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

I see the heart you are speaking of, Mark. I did not see it however without you saying something. How cool is that? No wonder my eyes were pulled so strongly to this scene. And yes yes yes to magic! I agree, concur, believe. Much love to you, dear friend!! xo

Ahh, the mist rolling in is magical, Amy. Early mornings are the best – serenity. The photos are beautiful and certainly an affirmation of divinity at play.

I loved that mist too, Rob. In fact, when I first saw it I was too far away so I literally ran a bit to get where I wanted to shoot in order for that mist to be exactly as I saw it. And it was! And those clouds ….. the colors …. took my breath away! I’m not usually up that early but I’m thinking of making the effort to do so. I’ve had an invite to go back to that exercise class which I just may do. SO thrilled you see as you see. Oh yes Divinity at play most definitely!! Much love to you! xo

Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful post, Amy 🙂
After being stuck under back to back lock downs and self imposed restrictions, my mind is is really cluttered.
The positive vibe in your words and photos really helps 🙂
Blogging really helped me whenever I had to pass through tough times to regain my confidence and positivity and I think, this is one such phase …
Hope to see many more beautiful posts here 🙂

Dearest Sreejith, I know your pain. God help me, I know. What has been done to all of us has been inhumane to put lightly. I still to this day have tough periods where I must withdraw to get myself back on stable ground. As I admitted in this post last night I had so much trouble sleeping due to a very troubling day yesterday. I was fighting fear within me (again) which I will oh believe me let go! There are times I just am not able to handle anything of the world. I prefer Mother and that is where I stay as much as I can. No one will take from me MY life that I created. No one!
I’ve made a huge decision and perhaps my words to you will help you. No matter what this insane world throws at me, I will NOT bend my knee to fear but I will find all doors leading to LIFE and JOY and LOVE. Fear will in of itself kill you. I see through the smokescreens and it gives me great relief knowing “we the people” (and I include that term globally) are rising up in such a fashion saying NO MORE. I’m seeing this all around me as more and more people are saying NO MORE!
Please know you are not alone, though it may feel that way. We’ve had back to back lockdowns as well and now that restrictions are being lifted, the horrific agenda is to get people to live in constant fear. I just will NOT do it.
Hang in there. Have faith that this too shall pass and that all of us will come out the other side a whole lot stronger and better because of the darkness that has “temporarily” befallen the world. I will keep posting such as you see here for it is my “mission” to only show a world of light. Much love to you and many many blessings!! (((HUGS)))!!! xo

Beautiful sun rise!! Oh what a day Mother had planned for you! Very cool finding that exercise class, and a great stress relief. Didn’t sleep so well last night either and woke early. Hopefully you’ll sleep well tonight and me as well!! Wonderful day you had – much love, Donna

And OH I agree about that sunrise this morning, Donna. I was taken away. I honestly couldn’t tell you how long I was rooted to that spot as all around me disappeared and only the sky and mist existed. I had to quietly walk down one of my neighbors’ drives to get these shots. Since it was 4:45am I didn’t think anyone would mind. And yes it was such a Gift for me to find that class. Afterwards I realized I knew the one man who assisted the instructor from the gym I go to. I’m going to have to thank him for bringing me barbells the next time I see him.
Here is to a GOOD night’s sleep for the both of us tonight. The energy just about strangled me last night so I just gave up trying to get back to sleep. Nope. And so glad I didn’t! I caught magic!! Much love and peace to you, dear friend. Hope you got my important email. xoxoxoxo

Thank you, Kamal. I was elated to find that class, the first of its kind I’ve attended in over 4 months. Our gyms still are not opened and because we were promised they would be this week, to find this class truly truly was such a Blessing to me. I’ve been invited back to go on Thursday. Now I will have to set my clock to make the 6am class but darn it, I’m doing it!! Much love to you!! xo

People keep the social distance very well on your picture, Amy. I hope this habit will continue to be forever. Before the pandemic a lot of people stayed too close that I do not like at all.

I’m not sure if that was intentional or not, Alexander. I think a lot of people are learning to respect others’ “space” which is a good thing. Now when we do get to go to the gym indoors, it will be more challenging to maintain the social distance. We’ll see how things go hopefully next week when my gym is finally finally opened again. Hope your day was a good one! xo

The early morning is the best part of the day. It’s given over to Mother Nature and the sky (and the occasional exercise class).

It’s not so much as I let go, Lisa, as I see it, but rather a “feeling” of not wasting the early morning opportunity. I’m usually not up that early and it’s been a while since I caught a sunrise. That mist AND the exercise class were super bonuses!! Many blessings to you! xo

Just beautiful Amy… People are finding ways to diversify and adapt… Its what we Humans Do… And we are resilient and we are not going to lie down in four walls for long..
Like other comments.. I love the Mist and the Trees…. Nature is beautiful.. Especially when we get up early enough to greet the New Dawn…
Sending Love my friend… Huge Hugs.. ❤ 🙂

Thank you, Sue. I know from my own life experience, I honestly don’t like change and will either fight against it at first or depending on what that change is, adapt to it. We all get set in our ways.
That mist was special as was that sunrise. It’s tough for me to get up that early yet that day when I did, I put that “time” to good use. Sending much love right back to you!! (((HUGS)))! xo

Thank you so much!! We all must and I say must shine our own light into a world that has gone so dark. When we face our own fears and overcome them, we are then able to step into love and light and stay there. Much love to you, Caroline. xo
