Look UP!

  1. It’s so true Amy, when we place our attention on our phones we lose touch with reality. So many people walk around and miss what’s right under their noses, like the two women on the bridge. How very sad! Your photos are exquisite my friend, as they always are, and they never fail to showcase the moods of nature. And yes, I see chemtrails all the time over here, though lately the skies have been clear and blue. I love sun gazing and feeling connected to the light and beauty of the Sun, a glorious way to start any day. Wishing you continued sunshine and joy my beautiful friend.
Thank you for showing us the world through your lens. Love your posts and all you share. Sending you a big hug and lots of love.

      1. I hear ya, Amy. I have talked with some adamant pilots too. But I worked for an aeronautical university for 10 years and worked at Kennedy Space Center additional 6.5 years so I have seen a lot. I believe chemtrails are real. I hope the videos you posted will open peoples’ eyes too!

    1. Hi, Miriam. Nowadays everywhere one looks you see people focused on their phones and not what is going on around them. Just yesterday I walked away for not even a minute from the machine I was on at the gym, my towel and little handbag and water bottle very evidently displayed all to say …. this spot is taken. I returned and there is this young kid on that machine plugged in listening to whatever he was plugged into. I did not get angry but very politely and firmly stated I was on that machine and if he wanted he was more than welcome to work in with me. People don’t pay attention when plugged in! It’s no wonder this world is in such chaos!

SOOOO cool you sun gaze. I have for years and the Connection, the Sacredness I feel is beyond words. This practice is empowering which I know you will agree with me. I also thank you for the compliment on my photos …. I’m seeing and “feeling’ some very usual things. I shall continue showing everyone here where Truth and Beauty and Reality is. Sending you in return a huge HUG and lots and loads of love!!! BIG (((HUGS))) !!!! xoxoxox

  2. An enlightening post with such an important message, Amy. I so agree we have to look up and outwards from our phones. Our phones are great inventions with many benefits but at the same time, so many of us have become engrossed in our phones and miss the messages that are around us in the present. Everything around us is a sign, and paying more attention to our surrounds we learn how to read the messages Mother is showing us. Sometimes looking up you meet people – like you met your rainbow friend. So lovely of her to let you share her beautiful photos.

I actually had no idea chemtrails make the skies clouded over. Now I actually hope to see some chemtrails on a sunny day and see what happens after. While it seems pretty to look at, not too sure if it’s doing our environment a favour. I do like it when the Sun is out – bringer of Light and Warmth, very much welcomed on cool days so that we may feel a bit more alive.

Wonderful photography as usual, Amy. Everyone a winner and you certainly know how to live in the present moment. Take care and stay safe out there 😊💕

    1. Thank you, Mabel! I agree that this is an important message for far too many are engrossed in their phones, meanwhile missing out on life itself. Wherever I go I am unplugged and only use my phone for texting purposes which is not often.

I know chemtrails are all over the USA but not sure about your country. If you see trails in the sky like I showed here, just observe the sky and the weather. Weather manipulation is very real and has been going on a lot longer than any of us truly know. I LOVE the Sun and to not see it and be constantly in gray, hasn’t been easy. I’ve upped my Vita D3 +K2 to make sure my immune system is strong and that the “blues” are prevented.

Thank you on my pictures. Let me just say this to you in closing. What with the madness that is occurring in this world right now, I aim to LIVE as if this may be my last day. And rest assured I am safe no matter where I AM. I know it. Sending you so much love and respect to you this day!!! (((HUGS)))!!! xoxoxo

      1. With AI gaining traction, it is interesting to see where phones and technology is headed. Thank you for sharing the link, Amy. Very interesting. Sometimes I think many of us do not know the consequences of our actions on the environment around us. Great to hear you know what works for you and are taking care of yourself.

It is always such a pleasure to see you on here and chat with you. Sending you much Love and Light. hugs across the miles 💕

  3. I definitely am one of those who only take their phones along on a walk for taking photos but nothing else. I love looking at the area as if I saw it for the first time.
When I look at your photos I remember last summer when we visited Iceland. We saw the northern lights – what a gift. But we only saw their real colors in the photo. In the sky, they looked like shiny clouds sometimes light green. So, the view through “a different lense” often shows more…

      1. Wow! That is some heavy stuff. But what she says makes so much sense and of course, the solution lies only in reducing the air pollution, paying for polluting can never make anything better…

        Liked by 1 person

      2. We the people are not for the most part responsible for air pollution, Erika. So much of it is coming from our skies without our consent, mind you, as they continue to pour poisoned into our air that we and all sentient beings breathe. Yes this is a bitter pill to swallow, yet I’m passionate about getting people to sit up and take notice. I know it’s not easy. So BIG (((HUGS)))!! xo

      3. It is shocking to hear that. Absolutely shocking! Thank God, through (official) speaks like this one the ones in charge cannot cover their ears anymore! It is so mean, we really try to do what we can to save this planet, to avoid litter, live as sustainable as possible (just think of my natural cosmetic line), and then there are some who play God. Yes, a very bitter pill. Thank you for making us aware, Amy. Much love to you 💖

      4. I hear you, Erika. I hear you. I’m so done with the lies and to know truth is such a relief. It’s not a pretty truth. I KNOW how much the environment means to you as it does to me for I LOVE this earth! I imagine shooting those planes with love missiles to get the pilot to realize what he is doing is just so terrible. I pray. I send LOVE. I really really try not to get angry. And I do ALL I can to make this world a better place, just like you do!!! (((HUGS)))!!!! xoxoxoxoxo

      5. I love the idea of love missles. I will envision that from now on every day. Let’s send as much love as we can and hope it finds its ways through any tiny crack in the hearts of those who need it to end this insanity!

Big hugs, my dear friend I imagine shooting those planes with love missiles to get the pilot to realize what he is doing is just so terrible.

    1. I am like you, Erika. I take my phone along with me for a walk in case of an emergency and for my camera. How cool about the northern lights, something I would dearly love to see. I agree with you that looking through a different lens often shows more of what the naked eye sees. The sun “spinning” for example I did not see with my eyes yet I “felt” something extraordinary was happening. Shooting into the sun is far from easy and I do my best to get that little green reflection to line up with the sun.

I’m so happy you not only enjoyed this post, which came together in astonishing ways, but you also learned a thing or two about what is going on in our skies. Like I said, I really try not to get angry about it, but it has been so severe here for months that at times I imagine shooting down those planes with LOVE. I really do. How those pilots can actually do this is beyond me. When more of us are aware we can evoke changes ….. how that I am not sure of yet I KNOW we are much more powerful than we are being told as well. Step by step, my friend, we become more aware not only of who we are but what our reality is comprised of. It’s a journey, painful at times, yet so worth it!!!

I do love you, Erika. I send again more HUGS to ease the bitter pill I gave you with the video. I understand how shocking these truths can be. xoxoxoxoxox

      1. It is not always easy not getting angry when we learn about such unbelievablle acts of violence on our planet. But like you, I know, that it is the wrong direction to make things better. We need to vibrate in the energy we want to fill this planet with and in you I have a great companion who motivates and confirms me time and time again.

Thank you for being here and sharing so much awareness with us in leading us to the deeper levels of life. I love you too, my dear friend, big hugs to you 💖

      2. PS From MY experience, I acknowledged my anger and felt it. Yet I chose when I was finished with the process of understanding that anger, to wrap that in LOVE and let it go to the Divine. Please don’t push anger down ignored by you and please don’t let anger control you either. This IS a Journey, dear friend. This path gets tricky at times. I shall keep you close in my heart and pray for you. This “new” knowledge can set you back on your butt. I know! xoxoxo

      3. I am completely with you, Amy. Like with everything: we need to look at it, embrace it as part of our journey and development and then letting it go since it did its job for leading us to higher awareness. Pushing back never made things better but is only grwoing in hidden places. Much love to you, dear Amy!

      1. Avigail, from what I’ve been seeing there have been some brilliant young people figuring out ways to clean up our soils, our waters, our airs. I believe with all my heart this damage can be reversed but it has to stop first. This is a hard and bitter pill to swallow regarding the facts that are being done not only to us but to this beautiful planet. Pray. Envision a beautiful world. Do all you can to make your world a better place. Inspire others to recognize and to know that damage being done now must be stopped. How? I’m relying on God for that.

  5. Isn’t it strange that so many people, so physically close together, can avoid the human condition of being together with a smart phone? I adore those photos and that beautiful woman in the middle of all of them. ❤

    1. Rob, it’s rather perplexing to say the least that a room full of people do not even know who is standing next to them. I see this all the time at the gym. I am never plugged in and those who do see me cannot get over that I dance or seem to have a rhythm to nothing? No not nothing. I have a dance in my style of how I move for I move to the Frequency of Love. Now how’s that for an answer? LOL And as for my picture, *blush*, thank you, dear friend. Sending so much LOVE to you!!! xoxo

  6. You have some really wonderful photographs here, with the sun and the moon and that wonderful self portrait of “a woman not to be messed with”. And you are so right about the people who forget to have a life because they are “busy” looking at their phones.
Jet trails are interesting too. Apparently years ago, film companies could lose weeks of filming about the Romans for example, because of the white trails across a desert sky. But once films became digital rather than chemical, the film companies could remove the white trails with special software and huge sums of money were saved.

    1. Thank you, John! I hope you saw the softness in “that woman’s portrait” along with one who no, will not be messed with. Life has taught me the strength I now possess beyond what I ever saw coming along with the ability to feel deep love, compassion, and kindness.

Interesting information about the film company. There are pros for digital filming. Thank you for sharing.

      1. Yes, Amy, there was plenty of softness, too. One other element might well be the look in your eyes and your expression which seem to be saying that you can see in Nature a good deal more than most people manage, especially the large number who see almost nothing as they walk around.

    1. Just in case you did not receive my comment on your last post here it is below. I did not see it posted.

Sheila, my hat is off to you doing the Asian squats. I’m going to at least try them. I climb up and down stacked hay bales that strengthen my knees and hips. I use a variety of methods for my body likes variety. Last night my hip hurt so using a wall for support I stretched out one leg at a time pulling it towards my head, leg straight and breathed slowly. Ooh that felt good! I’m always moving except for here and to be truthful sitting and typing is not easy for me to do. So I get up, stretch, get a drink of water, walk around a bit. I highly encourage you to incorporate walks in your life. OH if I could at sunrise I would I would! My schedule these days is packed YET I make time to yoga stretch, make up stretches, walk, go to the gym and lift weights, counter stretch (stretching in one direction and then doing the opposite motion while maintaining the original opposite position). Try that say with your right arm while laying down. It’s awesome!!!

LOVE this post by the way. Thank you for inspiring the world!! Keep on shining!!! xoxoxo

  7. Great pictures Amy, always shared from the heart dear lady. And I find that cell use is just an extension of the alone-ness that everyone feels in their lives. All else is that mask to be anything else but themselves because they are afraid to look within so constantly distract in any way to avoid that. And I only found a seal coming up out of the snow at the bottom on the last picture. Great post dear lady 😀❤️🙏🏽

  9. Dear Amy Thankyou for sharing your thoughts and beautiful photos to keep our beauty focused on the beauty out there! Thankyou too for sharing this truth about what’s happen with the world! Even though it falls mostly on closed senses, maybe someone is opening up and that’s what we continue to focus on isn’t it dear Amy!

I learned many years ago about the dumping of toxic waste in our skies because there is no law perse to stop this… yet! Also they like to manipulate the weather, cause extremities and dull weather because when the human is sad and depressed (which we all know happens after not seeing the sun for a while) we actually go out and buy more and visit the doctor for medication because it causes our immunize system to disfunction.

Even though I’m aware and do mention it when it comes up in conversation, I purposely focus on the beauty which is here in so many ways! Even the phone when we use it consciously to connect and express ourselves with the world❤️

However the kids and adults are becoming so robotized, which really does make me sad and tearful!

I was giving a creative art session recently and asked the kids what they love to do… they are all in some way addicted to video games and the phone to be with friends! My heart jumped a beat and really began to wonder what I’m doing here with them! My friend reminded me it’s about planting seeds and sharing with them the beauty and kindness there is in the world!
Amy continue to enjoy it all, love won, we’re just going through the experience how we did it❤️ sending love x

  10. Oh Amy what a beautiful post and Collage of photo’s … The Sun is magnificent… Looks almost as if it is a spinning wheel with that halo wheel around it..
And I agree with you.. Far too many people do not LOOK UP to see the world around them… Or understand that Chemtrails are different than Contrails… and in fact if they look up the words stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI), they will find this is real, and has been on going for many years.

We do live now within a technological Age and our grandchildren are almost born holding a phone in their hands! 😉
I like you, when I am out walking like to look at nature.. But the phone camera’s now are so advanced… That Moon you took, took my breath away… are handy to reach for in the pocket to take pictures…
I feel the problems is that we have lost the art of balancing Nature, and We have to some how get back to teaching our Grandchildren more about Nature by being IN IT and Experiencing it first hand.. Not via some App on their phone…

Yet at the same time as I Type these words… I know deep within me that somehow those younger generations will open up and begin to SEE and Heal the world around them….
I see some wonderful little young souls being born now… Whose intelligence and Love is so much wiser than there years…

Sending Love and Hugs dear Amy… So loved your post… and your friends Rainbow’s photos too…
    Much love your way ❤ ❤ ❤

    1. Sue, dearest Sue. This comment put tears in my eyes for your truth and wisdom deeply resonate within my heart. Several years ago photographers I used to know tried talking me into using an app on my phone to call birds. I said no, that is cheating. I want the birds to trust me and I want them to teach me as well. I will not use my phone when I’m out and about. There is so much to see and ponder and feel awe over.

Yes those babes coming in are wise wise wise beyond what we know. They are the ones we prepare the way for. I have visions of the future and know that what I see will be. For those of us now who are awake, this world at large can get to us at times and in those times we’ve learned how to get back into center. Those are the special times I’m out with my cameras in Mother’s world, truly my Greatest Teacher. We both leave a legacy behind us as we continue to weave our Tapestry of Love.

Sending you so much love. Our friendship I cherish. Bless you for all you do, my friend. (((HUGS))) xoxoxo

We may all for a time feel like many things are falling apart.. But there are so many things which need to be dismantled which do not serve Mother Earth or Humanity…
May we be the Glue that keeps holding things together through love as those old structures are brought down, while we envision into being that beautiful future we know we can manifest..
Much love and Thanks dearest Amy.. ❤ ❤ ❤
