And So It Begins

  1. Yes Amy, your photos look straight from heaven!! Stunning images as usual my talented, sassy friend. Keep speaking your truth Amy, those who see it will believe and embrace this season of beauty, but there’ll always be those who don’t have the eyes to see and listen only to the news for the truth. Which we both know is an illusion. Sending you lots of love. 🌼🧡🙏 xxx

    1. Oh THANK YOU, Miriam! All I know is to speak my truth, dear friend, for I made a pact long long ago with myself that I would not compromise me. As for the news regarding the height of the colors here, that is one source I’ve not ever turned to. One aspect of being a nature photographer is to understand as best as I can what Mother’s cycles are. I’ve got eyes that see and yes we were born with exceptional senses that we’ve been given to use. And so I do! Mother shouts REALITY while 3D matrix shouts lies and deceptions, all to create illusions making it a world of smoke and mirrors.

I so look forward to understanding what Mother will be up to in the oncoming weeks. It’s beginning to look like it was last year with pockets of color and not consistently through and through. From now on wherever I go I’ll take my cameras just in case I come across scenes that are breathtaking. Keeping fingers crossed I hit the peak this year …. last year I missed it. I actually wrote myself a note as to when the peak happened. It’s all in the adventure of the Great Outdoors!!! Step into Flow and find that Inner Kid to fly fly fly!!! (SMILE!)

Sending much love your way!! Meet you on a cloud somewhere, my Aussie soul-sis!! xo

    1. Thank you, Kamal! One woman I know outside of blogging who I showed this post to, told me she felt God through my pictures. Goal attained. THAT is exactly what I have been doing for a long time. When we connect through our emotions to the wondrous Creations found in nature and as well to images of those Creations, we then know God is truly not only within us but all around us. We are never alone.

      Sending you much love!! xo

  2. So, nature in your area is a week late. Over here it is at least two weeks early, probably to the very hot and dry summer.
Thank you for the beautiful photos you shared, Amy 💖

  3. Oh Amy, did mother open to you or what? This time of year so truly splashes us with so much color even though she hasn’t fired on all gateways yet. And last but most definitely not least, that lovely rose is on fire. She is truly standing in that love that nature is. Thank you dear lady, I shall await that full blossom of them all 😀❤️🙏🏽

    1. Mark, I sense a new frequency within you, one that speaks of you doing inner work to set yourself free. I applaud you!

And yes! Mother is opening even further to me, something I do not take for granted, believe me! I have to observe every closely and listen as well to figure out the Autumn Progression. It’s quite exciting and quite the adventure!!!

Sending you so much love!! xoxoxo

      1. Thank you Amy, and yes much inner work as I go through this adventure through my health. It has been a long journey and recently when I caught covid it ‘shifted’ so I could see myself a little better and understand where my heart needs to go. And thank you for that love, it is gratefully received kind lady 😀❤️🙏🏽

      2. I have a comment of yours on ‘Our Little World!’, to which I replied Amy. I’ve checked the spam folder, nothing there, and to which I do every day now because of how WordPress had been carrying on. I don’t get too many these days thankfully. 😀❤️🙏🏽

      3. Apologies, Mark. WP has been so not my friend of late that I thought I ended up in SPAM. So it seems we are in the same boat. WP aint liking me lately. Good to know a friend is on the boat with me. 🤣

  4. Just so much colour and abundance Mother Nature has shared with you Amy… And you made me smile as you did your strip tease…. I wonder if people realise too how heavy those camera’s and equipment is you carry around on your walks in the wood…
I would say Mother rewarded your efforts ten fold with all of these beautiful shots you took my friend..
Just Stunning…. I had Hubby look at them and he was amazed and the clarity and magic they brought..
    Much love your way Amy..
Mother Nature is showing us her spectacular splendour in all things Great and Small.. ❤ ❤

    1. Thank you, Sue! Bless you for realizing how heavy my cameras are …. I doubt if many people get that for in understanding they too would have to do what I do. One reason why I am so adamant I go to the gym as frequently as I do is to keep my body strong in order to carry what I do when I am out and about in forests and such.

Yes Mother did award me as She always does. I walk into a forest knowing that adventure lies ahead and that Mother will allow me again to look deeply into Her World.

I’m thrilled hubby had a look too at my pictures. Awesome!! That means more JOY to go around.

I couldn’t agree with you more …. Mother is showing us her spectacular splendor in all things Great and Small. YES!!!

Sending you much love!!! (((HUGS)))!! xo

  5. Once again, you have produced outstanding photographs, with Nos 2, 5 and especially, 8, my favourite ones. Here in Merrye Englande we don’t have many leaves that go red, especially the very bright reds you have in your photos. As well as that, I read somewhere that in the eastern United
States, the vividness of the colours is helped by the geological and chemical makeup of the soil the trees grow in. And that frog looks a rather serious green giant!

    1. John, I’m having such a terrible time with WP at the moment. Some of my followers’ comments are ending up in spam. My comments on their blogs are ending up in spam and not only that, replies to my comments that do not end up in spam I’m not getting in my notifications.

With that being said, I found your comment just now in spam. THANK YOU for your generous words of praise. The reds in WNY are known for their outstanding color. I haven’t finished as yet and will produce many more glorious images to come. Another thank you on that frog. Standing before that pond I at first did not see any frogs and then WOW there is a tiny head peeking out of the water. From there I saw others.

So happy you enjoyed this post. I did think it odd you didn’t comment. For real, WP is really tangling with me. I hope that soon passes. Hope you had a really great weekend!!!!

      1. Don’t worry about it. I almost always comment on other people’s blog posts, because I think we should encourage others, but if you don’t reply, I fully understand. With so many followers, your whole morning or afternoon could be full of reply writing, with no time for getting out there into the great Cathedral of the Forest.

      2. I left you a comment, John, on your last post. I see it but I’m hoping you did too. I’ll go check now to see if you answered. As I said, comments are not appearing in my notifications.

And thank you for understanding about my position as a photographer. That part of the quotient is more than enough before even adding creating a post and such. Have a great day!

  6. AmyRose, you woke up this day just knowing you had to pass on the beautiful magic of autumn in USA as it begins to peep through into our senses! I’ve always been so grateful for the spectacular colour and change mother shared with us especially in your part of the world! Yes I appreciate the heavy camera, you must have some upper muscles and the strip tease, I actually hear the music😂🤣 Good for you expressing your truth, people have to start realising that we all have our own natural knowing💃🕺🎶❤️ Thankyou so much Amy and sending you much love from a still very warm Spain!

    1. Barbara, your comments are always so beautiful. Thank you! I’ve been rather involved getting my life accomplished while planning how to capture these rapidly changing leaves. This year they are turning in days versus weeks. I just in fact came back from a two hour jaunt today getting glorious pictures. I’m getting ready to start posting what I have so far and I think I will close comments so that I can get all the images here to you and everyone else. Oh yes my cameras are heavy but I AM strong!

I’ve been expressing my truth for many years and if others don’t accept that truth, that is not on me. I refuse to be anyone else but me. LOL

Sending you much love in return. It’s still warm here as well but the temps do go down low enough over night to get these trees changing. BIG (((HUGS)))!!!, magnificent you!!

    1. Thank you so very much, Jude! Hahaha Yes Fall is my Season or so it would seem but then along comes Winter THAN Spring. Don’t forget my winterscapes. Last year I don’t think I managed to get any for the cold and the winds combined were so brutally cold I could not go outside without great discomfort and pain. Crossing fingers our Winter this year is gorgeous!!! Sending much love your way !! xoxoxo
