Talk about going the long way to get back here! Don’t even get me started about the all that has transpired since my last time here. Suffice it to say that the detour all began with 2 wasp stings that blew up like balloons and had me in agony (one bite being on my neck!) and ended with a kick to the thigh by my horse friend. That, is on me. I had no business being in that pasture half asleep such as I was. Karma was also attempting to tell me something vitally important to her and fortunately understanding came the next day. Friends, I am exceptionally lucky my leg was not broken. Or worse.
As told to my neighbor, the recent knock down punches have fired rapidly and every time I got up, it was only to be spun around again with another knock down punch. Did I hide under the covers and cower? I was tempted. I mean really …. what dark cloud was over my head? But no I did not. In fact, the following day I got kicked I went for my walk insisting that movement along with ice and rest is the best way for me to heal. Despite the pain, I knew in my heart, what I was doing was truly for my Highest Good.
And oh one other item on the “let’s see how much Amy can take” agenda. I am unable to access any of my drafts on my blog via my main browser, Safari. Going back and forth with happiness engineers getting nowhere, I finally just threw in the towel and am using another browser in order to create my posts. I still have to play around with settings in order to view my drafts. I honestly don’t know what the “bug” is this time, but if any of you are having this hiccup too, my heart really goes out to you.
The good news is, today I have some really gorgeous pictures for you to enjoy. Think about the “fear” I had to overcome to go back into my gardens for that is where the stinger attack happened. My confidence is back yet my awareness is higher. Hope all of you have been well and happy and not by any chance getting hard hitters as I have been.
Here are a selection of my beauties that surround me every day. Oh for the JOY! Enjoy the music that you can play while you view my images.
This last picture is of a garden and the huge growth around it where my Mother-in Law lies. I made this garden especially for her in which her ashes in biodegradable heart could be put to rest. She was very drawn to Mother Mary so I put a statue of Mother Mary in her garden. This garden is located in such a way that every time I am at the kitchen sink, which is a lot, I can look at it. What a beautiful way to remember her by.
