Touch Of Love

  1. The photos are beautiful, Amy. I do think winter is on its way out. March always brings us a few surprises, but any snow we get at this point won’t last long. Trees, shrubs and animals are all getting ready to get on with life. I hope you have a wonderful week.

    1. Thank you, Dan! Aw, another positive thinker regarding HELLO, Spring!! You’ve noticed as I have that Nature is right now stepping into Spring mode. Wonderful!! I will have a wonderful week! Wish the very same to you! xo

    1. Rob, believe it or not, I enjoyed this past Winter. Shocked? Yah, me too. I totally got into the season and my love for Winter has returned. Yet, I do look forward to Spring. One of my birds I posted is a Warbler, a bird that is an early Spring bird but this year early by at least one month. I have no idea what Nature is doing anymore. We’re all confused. Have a great day and sending much love your way! xo

  3. This is a wonderful celebration of winter and spring, all of your wildlife friends, and the glory of nature, Amy, thanks so much. I enjoyed seeing the snow photos, too — picturesque, sparkly, and interesting shapes.

  4. Soooo much snow! Ours is mostly melted by now, so I’m kind of gravitating toward the photos you’ve captured of the running waters. Still, that snow is lovely — almost like fluffy white critters sitting atop those fences. Beautiful, my friend — and to see and capture beauty such as this indicates to me that your heart is healing (if even a little). I’m happy for you!

    1. Hi, Debbie. I crashed yesterday hence the late reply. Our snow right now is melting so I am really glad I got out to get these shots. Yes my heart is healing. Life goes on. I am also learning there is no death …. we just go on in another form. I “feel” my babies close by. Sending you much love!! xo

  5. Beautiful pictures Amy. Winter can be such a magical landscape, but always showing her nature regardless of the season. I’m even amazed at that bird staring straight at you, like he was making sure you had your lens cap off 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋 😂 🤣

    1. Thank you, Mark. I must say I really enjoyed our conversation and to see how open you are right now brings me such great joy!! Stay open, my friend, for in doing so many aspects of life itself will present themselves to you. The wonder of life is glorious! As for that bird, the Chic-a-Dee, birds and all critters have a way of looking directly at me, trusting me and talking to me. This bird almost in fact landed on the extended barrel of my lens curious to see what it was. My lens cap is always off ready for the next shot. Sending you much love!!! xoxoxo

  6. Wow!!!! What a beautiful voice he has, so uplifting to hear him sing and look at your gorgeous pictures. Here the warmth is fading and the leaves are already starting to change. Life’s continual changes to marvel at. Keep shining your light and sharing the beauty my friend. Much love from me to you. xx

  7. Dear AmyRose🌹,

You mentioned to me yesterday about publishing this special post in celebration of springtime and using the music that I sent you:

Just wanted to tell you tomorrow I am putting up a post that is a bit different then most of my posts. I originally had music from another video but I decided to change it to the music you sent me. Perfect Timing [again]. I again thank you so much!

As mentioned, Mandy Patinkin singing “Younger Than Springtime” from South Pacific is still the definitive version for me. For those who would like to sing over the music, here’s a version showing the lyric:

  8. Dear AmyRose🌹,

What a lovely post you have created showing the thawing snow and the moon!

Given that the snow and cold are on the way out, I shall resonate with the full and bright moon portrayed photographically in your post with my attempt to bring the full moon alive, so to speak!

You are hereby cordially invited to participate in my latest mixed-media offering in the form of Music Animation with Dynamic Visualization presented in high definition and imbued with a scintillating full moon surrounded by eye-catching astronomical phenomena and stellar activities! 🌕✨☄️✨

The new post also contains my rhyming poem (or serenade) entitled If My Name Were Moon Tonight….

Please enjoy to your heart’s content “If My Name Were Moon Tonight…” and Music Animation with Dynamic Visualization on the big high-resolution screen of your desktop or laptop computer. Switch the video playback to full-screen mode. The animation starts calmly and will gradually climax. There is also the opportunity to savour SoundEagle🦅’s rendition of “Clair de Lune” on the organ.

This special post is entitled “🎴 If My Name Were Moon Tonight… 🌛🌝🎑🈷 with Clair de Lune 🌕”.

    1. Sound Eagle, thank you for the invite. I am unable to promise anything but I will do my best to see this post. My life is extraordinarily challenging and as you can see it took me 2 days to answer this comment of yours. I will make note of “If My Name Were Moon Tonight” to remind myself to visit this post. I’m thrilled you enjoyed my image of the Moon and my very special post dedicated to saying farewell to Winter. May your day truly be a great one!! I again thank you for sending me the video that I used in this post. So many people loved it!! xo

      1. Dear AmyRose🌹,

You are very welcome. I am glad that you and others have taken such a liking to the very fine song “Younger Than Springtime”.

Seeing that you have a great affinity with Nature, I would like to inform you that yesterday, I have completed putting together some new animations honouring Nature. You can see them in my post entitled “💨 Strong Wind Knows Tough Grass 🌾 疾風知勁草” published at https://soundeagle.wordpress.com/2020/11/11/strong-wind-knows-tough-grass/

May this post bring you some joy and inspiration. Once again, I have composed lots of poems in this post, including one in the body of the post and many in my replies to my readers’ comments.

Perhaps what will intrigue you even more is my extensive attempt at explaining and translating a particular poem being featured in the said post.

    1. Oh my goodness!!! I just started with your post and I will be back!! I’ve just lately been reading/studying how everything is intrinsically connected ….. math, music, time, celestial beings, atoms, our breath ….. everything! It is mind blowing to even attempt to understand how no-thing is by accident. I will definitely return to take my time with this post. Thank you so much, Sound Eagle. The WONDER held within this post is the very same I feel when I walkabout in Nature or ponder about Her. xo
