Doing What Is Right

    1. Thank you, Ashok. I absolutely will not compromise quality in my life nor will I allow anything to potentially hurt my family. When that order for needles came in on that very day I ran out of needles, as I wrote, I cannot describe my gratitude and relief. God really really does watch over me. However, we are responsible for our end of things …. God and we are partners. Not all is on God. I’ve learned that as well. I walk right. And when I do, I KNOW God’s mercy and power flow in my life. Much love to you!! xo

  1. Chinese goods have flooded the markets world over…there is no assurance of quality but they come cheap hence sell fast ..I agree with you we all should prefer to use goods made in our own country or the ones which atleast carry a trust worthy brand name…
    Stay blessed 🙏😇

    1. Yes Chinese goods have flooded the markets and no I do not trust quality especially in regards to medical supplies. No way! So much of America’s business has been taken by China and I would really love to see that change. People here need to care again about quality or else their products will not be bought. That is another problem with so many ….. quality no longer seems to be considered. I want to see that change as well. It’s so frustrating coming from a generation that cares about quality to see a massive percentage of our Country doing a job any old way. You stay bless as well! Sending much love! xo

  2. Hi Amy! Thank goodness you got those needles just in time!! I believe things in the USA are changing so hopefully you’ll be seeing more Made in the USA labels!! I remember when that was a campaign. Made in America used to be something we were proud of and now – very hard to find.
My father was always telling us to buy American made – I did until there wasn’t anything left, or the American made was inferior. They were really doing a job on our country for a long time. Sad, but changing now!! Much love and hugs for you and the kids! Donna

  3. GOOD for you, Amy — hang tough! I believe we all ought to support local manufacturers when we can. I find it awfully sad that so often, we don’t have a choice and have to take what’s offered. I’m glad you got your miracle — and you won’t have to reuse those needles!

      1. Oh, dear, I’m so sorry to hear that! Yes, indeed, saying some prayers. I’ve been there and done that, too, and it never gets easier. Know you gave Doodles a good life and you’ll see your cat baby again one day. Hugs!

  4. The pictures are divinely gorgeous as always, I kept wandering through them while I was reading through your words – there remains no difference between mundane and miraculous when we are in alignment and intention, firmly rooted in our values and principles.

  5. Oh Amy, I’m so glad those needles arrived when they did. Divine intervention indeed my friend. You stood firm in not compromising (good for you, I always aim to buy Australia made) and the Universe delivered. Thank the Lord. I hope your fur babies are doing well. Big warm hugs and love sent to all of you. xxx

  6. HE most certainly knows how to humble us Amy, see the beauty in all His ways. It will test us, make us step way outside our boundaries, but always to open our hearts. Grace, Hope, and above all that Love is ever guiding us inward until we see ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

  7. People seem to have given up being patriotic when it comes to buying things. I would always prefer to buy British if it’s there to be bought, but so often, it just isn’t.
My Dad spent most of his life refusing to buy German or Japanese and it can be done….even for electronic goods.

  8. Wonderful that good quality needles arrived in time, Amy. God is indeed watching. And these were superb pictures. The picture of the two leaves captured my imagination. xo.

  9. It is getting more and more difficult to buy American. We have found a local and very small food store that will be near us when we move. I think that is a good way to start, and to help. I’m drawn to ads when they promote family and American made.

  11. I believe all countries make varying degrees of quality products. It more so depends on the company than the country. There are so many products we use everyday that have parts made from different countries and they work great.

  12. Having same problem in UK. Most things which are cheap shit generally are made in China. Check misleading labels and most of the cheap stuff on Amazon FFS. All costume jewellery and faux leather and fur. Also places like Tiger Copenhagen is misleading as all their stuff is made in China!
