Having not been out with my cameras for far too long(!), I ran a marathon one morning in order to make time for myself. My goal was to go to a park I love with the sole intention of creating a Walk-About Prayer. The purpose of my prayer was to help addd to the disarming of the evil that has perpetrated the world. Love and Beauty were sent via a prayer to bust up dark. This is how best I fight back! Love is THE most powerful energy that exists.
Just before I stepped on the trail after arriving, I stood quietly closing my eyes and I prayed, being very specific of my intentions when my next step commenced. I did not care who saw me or what conclusions were made. This was MY prayer and no one was going to stop me. It was a very sacred moment and I felt it. As I opened my eyes, I inhaled deeply the fresh air and thus began my Prayer.
The Devil was not too long in showing up in the form of two young girls. They loudly scoffed at me for photographing the fence. I ignored them. My Inner Warrior however, wanted justice but I held Her back by immediately shifting gears into Compassion. Those two girls just showed me how empty inside they are having very little confidence or self-love within. They also showed me they had opened themselves to evil by allowing lower emotions in their hearts. Quietly and lovingly, I wrapped them with my Compassion as my Gift to them. If only they knew what I am capable of prayer-wise and photography-wise. Can you feel Compassion for those of broken heart?
The fields had turned into Monotone Heaven. I was spellbound. The way the wind blew the grasses and how the sun glistened on the different textures and the different colors, which in turn all gave unique shapes within the field. I couldn’t get enough. There was one area I just stood mesmerized for a long time staring in awe, and when ready to take a picture, I went into a low squat to get the angle right. As I did, I heard giggling behind me. When I finished and turned around, a puppy was sitting on the ground with his head cocked trying to figure out what I was doing. His owner was enthralled and so joy-filled that her baby was being entertained by me. Grinning, and then laughing, we shared a few moments of bliss. Can you feel that bliss?
Up next I came upon two men admiring a new park bench. What caught my eyes were the ends in that they were circular. As these men with their wives checking out the small woods library in the background looked at this bench, I shot this picture. I just thought it so cool. That circle made me feel happy! I cannot tell you why. It just did.
When I left the bench scene, I followed the path. Just as I was emerging from this path onto an opening that allowed distance gazing in every direction, an older woman came walking toward me, masked and with eyes downcast. I exclaimed to her in my joy and excitement, “Oh, have you see how beautiful this park is today?” She told me she hadn’t noticed. My heart immediately felt such Compassion for her as she shuffled along.
I returned to my gazing and shot this picture. Speechless and captivated by this incredible view, I felt such hurt in my heart that this woman missed out what Mother had right before her eyes. What a shame and what a misfortune to miss out on such a Master Artist’s rendering!
Coming into the final stretch, I saw a bird. Could it possibly be what I thought it was? It sure was!! As I did the bird-dance a woman with her young son stopped to give me space. They both watched me as quietly and as quickly as I could on tiptoe walk backwards, sidewards, forwards all with the intention of getting the perfect angle before that bird flew off, without once taking my eyes off my “target”. Poetry in motion is what I would like to think. My feet seem to forget there was gravity.
Taking no more chances, I shot this picture. It seemed no matter what I did that branch was still smack in front of his face. I felt such gratitude to that young woman and when I was finished, made eye contact with her saying, “thank you for waiting”. We both smiled. There is respect still alive!
Nearing my car in the parking lot, a fence caught my attention, so I took a picture of it. I suppose you could say this was a symbol that my prayer was all wrapped up and ready to send. So after taking this picture, I stopped, again closing my eyes and gave thanks to Mother for giving me exactly what was required to make my Walk-About Prayer perfect.
Sent with love.

Yes, as always, beautiful images and thoughts. … and not only is the solitude of nature a wonderful place for a morning prayer, it is a place that can be used any time of day.

Thank you, Frank. I felt so strongly that day that the whole of my experience, what I saw, felt, did, said, thought, would all be a part of this walking prayer. I’ve done this before so I know it is very real. Prayer is not necessarily words. There have been so many times no words I could form yet I knew God heard and understood. Sending much love to you all tied up in a blue bow. xo

The shots are beautiful! That is true, I indeed feel compassion for the millenials. Their world is so small, they only see what they want and the beauty of the world around them. Does that make sense?

Thank you, Andy. These young people have been so brainwashed in so many ways and made dependent on others to do their thinking for them. These two girls were not paying attention to the beauty around them, but only talking between themselves, paying no heed at all what was around them, except me when they ridiculed me. I agree their world is a very small and selfish one. They have a lot of growing up to do. I’m so grateful I grew up in the age I did and for the education I received. Have a great day today.

I used to look at your work in the technical sense – depth, color, angle, etc. I now look at your work as an affirmation of life and the divine. Do not let the self-absorbed, ignorant people, who don’t understand, art impact you. They are part of the problem.

Do you know how much I love you, Rob, for what you just said? I am humbled, and blown away that you see the TRUTH in my photography. I don’t allow ignorant people to undermine me nor do I allow them to stop me. I had a choice when those two girls made fun of me. Get tugged from off my purpose, my prayer, or forgive them and send them Compassion. I did the later. I recognized an “attack” immediately and no way, no how, would I allow anything or anyone to deter me from creating this beautiful prayer. Mission accomplished!! Be over later. (wink!) BUSY morning …. xo

That cloud gave me goosebumps, Amy. I do so understand the joy that fills you when out there. Aside from the fact that it is a beautiful area the one who still looks at the world with the eyes of a child will capture all the beauty and joy the life-energizing power of nature is able to give. Your photos only second what radiates from your words, Amy 💖

I think passion lives in all of us but many are oppressing it because it doesn’t fit in their daily lives or the rules of society, the traditions, the family rules, or whatever. That is what so many have to learn again. You know, the you are letting your passion flow freely is what we always feel when reading your posts and watching your beautiful shots! Beautiful images, Melissa. Such a meditative and lovely prayer walk, so inspiring. I really love the “bliss” image of the soft amber grass. Sometimes we all just need to slow down and see the details around us…thank you for the reminder!

Angela, my name is Amy. You must have confused me with the comment above you from Melissa, or my reply to her. Yes it was a very meditative walk, and this is my preferred method to meditate. I live some days just to slow down because my life is just so crammed and busy. When I’m with my cameras …. that is MY zone. I’m so happy you stopped by to enjoy this post today and joined me in my walk-about prayer. Bless you. xo

Amy, these are stunning! I love the photos of the fences and that circle on the bench (perhaps I view that as never-ending joy?!) I was right there with you on this Walk-About Prayer and felt the calm and grandeur of the experience. Pity those who find communing in nature to be funny or tedious. To be surrounded by God’s Love like this and to fully experience it is soul-stirring!

Aw, thank you, Debbie. I love your definition of the circle. I’m pretty sure it has a metaphysical meaning but it is alluding me for now. I just know it brings such happiness to my heart. I’m SO happy you felt what I intended the reader to feel. How awesome! Thank you for telling me! There are so many in this world who only see their own little world and nothing beyond that. And yes it really is sad. There is SO much beauty in this world! Sending you much love today!! xo

Trudging along, here I am at long last, Miriam. LOL Digital soldier in Twitmo for the second time in a span of 3 days. I’m in good company. Twit has gone nuts on censorship. We are getting close, my friend.
I’m able to find beauty no matter where I go. I was waiting for my Chiropractor today and just closed my eyes thinking of this park. I avoided looking at sheeple also waiting ….. nope, won’t do it. Chiropractor told me I have a gift …. that of passion for life. BIG GRIN! Oh yeah! Thank you! I love to share and to blast the dark with my light and the beauty Mother has the grace to show me. Eyes wide open yes do see much but I CHOOSE to see beauty. Sending you so much love your way!! (((HUGS)))
PS I know I “upset” same sheeple with my conversation with my Chiro. I was speaking from a red-pill perspective with him and he me. I’m done trying to get folks to take red-pill and if you don’t however like what I have to say, too bad. I fight for freedom!!!

I can feel the prayer as it begins and continues to walk guiding the perfect glimpses and the perfect souls that were needing/open to receiving compassion at its purest, and then when the prayer concluded I am back at my desk. The 2 girls and the woman in the end I feel have softened within, something has shifted for them in ways evident or not to them. Certainly a magical contribution to every one that was intersected!

I will be using symbols for some letters. Two can play this game. Checkmate!
My life is a prayer, Donna. I see it like this. When we live our lives in LOVE our lives become a breathing prayer. Makes sense? Stay safe!! T tweeted a few hours ago in all caps ….. BUCKLE UP! Don’t know about there but waters are getting seriously choppy!! Hang on!! Love to you and yours!! xo

I’ve come to identify my life as a walking prayer, Cathy. When we walk in love and peace our very presence is a prayer. There are so many times I do not form words for prayer but rather with emotion. That day in this park, I formed specific words and I felt such power go through me. I knew in that moment, Mother would gift me with some extraordinary Gifts. When I find out the meaning of the circle symbol I will let you know. It is pulling at me to find out. (smile) Much love to you and BIG HUGS!! xo

Just beautiful words, a wonderful journey you took me through, and your photos magnificent..
Mother Nature’s gifts are there for all to share and see… So many do not stop and marvel at a blade of grass, the shimmering motion of dried grasses in a breeze…
The symbolism of circle… ONE…. Completion, WHOLE….
Noticing the attention of a dog, telepathically returning the gift…
The Giving of Compassion to empty Hearts…
And the Gratitude for the honour of walking among Mothers gifts…
Amy your post was a delightful pleasure my friend.. ❤
Love and Well wishes Amy..

Exactly right about the circle, Sue. I also had a “vision” that my left hand turned into a circle and the base of that circle was my forearm. I was directed to hold my left hand up towards the heavens. It just felt powerful. You’ve just added so much more to this prayer, and I thank you. I’ve been noticing how animals are becoming more in tune to certain people. There is this very special flow lately between me and my cats that is new. How exciting to think perhaps finally I will be able to communicate to them clearly when new earth anchors. Hmmmm …. as I wrote that the circle again came to mind as “our new earth (round circle) is being anchored NOW in the new energy.” Hmmmm …..
Wishing you all the very best and I am honored and thank you for your contribution into this massive movement to raise the vibration of our Mother and ourselves. Bless you!!! Sending you so much love!! xo

What a beautiful post, dear Amy. You did the only right to do, why take yourself down in any way, just to correct those girls. They were not worth loosing your peace for. One day they will grow up and then find out, how they wish to live their lives. Then they can think back at the time, where they tried to take a woman down by judging her acts, and this out of no knowledge to do so.
Your photos are like usual, very beautiful.
I hope, that you are okay and live safely, dear friend ❤

Irene, I recently was thinking about you as I looked at the calendar you made for me years ago. How good to see you again blogging!! There are a lot of ignormouses in my geographical area, who refuse to grow up and SEE the Truth and the fact we are sisters and brothers. Some day many will think back on their actions and hopefully feel remorse and ask for forgiveness. I wasn’t about to let anything disrupt my planned excursion that day. I’m SO happy you enjoyed these pictures.
Yes I am OK despite living under communistic conditions in our state. I’ve learned how to maintain MY life in love and in peace yet I am fully aware of the dangerous times we are living in. I push back the evil by creating beauty and speaking truth. I pray you are OK and are doing well. When we look back on these times, many of us will question how we survived. Right now most of us are on survival mode. God bless you!! Much love and peace to you! xo

I’m happy, that you still have the calendar. I do remember, it was fun to create with your beauties. Are they all in good shape? I ask, because I haven’t been inside our blogging world for a while.
It is tough to live with Covid-19, but if all could view away from only once own nose, we could go through this together and more fast. I’m scared, that egoism is the reason for this.
Good to know, that you take care, you do also know, how to be at the ICU, just as the careful person. Many don’t believe, how rough it can be, if hit by Covid.
Much love and peace for you too ❤

So relieved you are taking precautions, Irene. You had been so so sick for so long. Don’t be scared about Covid. The fear that has been generated far outweighs the reality. But like you my immune system is not all that perfect so yes I too take precautions. But I am not scared. Fear itself will harm me. Yes my babies are well but the number is dwindling. Most of them are getting older and their care has become quiet complex. I have that calendar right next to my bed on a table which I look at every night. Thank you again for making it. It means a great deal to be able to see babies that are no longer here. Much love!! xo
