Kids. It’s like this. The “enthusiasm” that is coming forth for my Fall series is impressive and OH I thank you all! There is a but coming. (smile) There are factors that I am contending with which will force my hand to make decisions.
In speaking with hubby just yesterday he and I agreed we haven’t been this busy since we built our house in 1988. It’s been one thing after the other around here giving neither one of us breathing room! My cat care has increased exponentially. And now. I only have a small window to capture the colors so many of you want to see.
Then the problem. It seems this year colors are spotty. Some areas have muted colors with a lot of trees just shedding their leaves without color involved. Then other areas are bursting with color and that is where I must head. That takes two fundamental elements in order to find them. One, my Inner Guidance and two, word of mouth, which I unfortunately found out yesterday is not reliable.
So, I’m closing comments today just to catch up on the oodles of comments I still have yet to answer. Yes there is that too. It is my policy to answer comments unless there is an emergency at hand. I will catch up today, upload pictures I took yesterday and begin to edit some in order to get my next large Fall post published. For those of you who do not have a challenging life and who know nothing about photography, take my word for it, I’m in superhuman mode right now.
Clarification is needed here as well. I am not just driving my car around to “snap” pictures. No. I am hiking with 17 pounds (7.7kg) of equipment on me on some pretty tough terrain. Yesterday’s park for example where I went, I will not be returning to. Too tough, and with the all that is happening, my stamina is not the best. Nope. Easy peasy for me for now where bright and sassy reside. I’ll find those heavens!!
The picture with the lighthouse is from a park that does not have a whole lot of color, but the scene is very pretty. Do enjoy and have a great day!!
