When life is fraught with troubles
Heaven sees and also knows
exactly when to send a sign
to lighten our spirits.

Look closely. There is a double rainbow. The only reason I caught this incredible full sky rainbow yesterday was because I was outside taking pictures of some trees. Coincidence? I don’t think so. It was so huge and bright, one of my neighbors called to make sure I saw it and photographed it. I most certainly did!

    1. Thank you, Celestine. The rainbow has a story behind it ….. The evening I saw this rainbow at about the exact same time my neighbor came home from the hospital. He’s been very sick for a long time. The next day (yesterday) he collapsed in his driveway and passed. He got his wish. He wanted to die at home not in a hospital. This rainbow is a sign he is not only at peace but in a very beautiful place. xo

    1. I got this picture before I heard my neighbor called our house, Shweta. I was so touched she called to make sure I saw it however. I was out taking pics of trees when I looked up and my mouth fell open. Wow! Never have I seen such a clear and huge rainbow like this one, and a double one at that!! xo

    1. Hi, Dan! Yeah that double rainbow I will NEVER forget. As for my neighbor, I’m smiling as I think about her. I’ve been having quite a lovely time with her two young kids as they love to talk my ear off when I visit along with Karma the horse. It’s so nice to have neighbors like this. Hope you are having a great weekend!

      2. Took me a while for them to warm up to me but now? Oh my! I have to say “Wait! One at a time!” as they both babble on about this that and the other at the same time. LOL I’ve really been enjoying them along with Karma who is in the bunch as well.

    Most guarantees in England are for just 12 months, but “for perpetual generations”, that is some deal!!

  27. That your neighbour came to your house and ensured that you had captured the rainbow….and the events that unfolded the following day…everything seems pre-planned by someone above us. Someone is definitely looking over us.

    1. Exactly. God’s hand definitely was on those two days. No doubt. I’ve never witnessed quite anything like I did. To know really know we are protected and loved by a Higher Power makes me able to sleep soundly at night.     1. The unraveling, Barbara, is a far cry from enjoyment yet when we rise above the storm it is possible to maintain equilibrium. Now when that storm becomes personal, the thrash of that storm leaves one at times exhausted and weak at the knees. At least that is my own experience. There have been times I just don’t know how much more I can handle. Much love to you! xo
