    1. Those fences I absolutely love, Dan. They are all over this park. They really make the picture if you ask me. Glad you enjoyed this. It was a while in the making. I’ve been so busy! And still not done. Life sometimes gets crazy and it seems everything at once happens. Whew!

    1. Thank you, Dana. I’m a bit confused with what Mother will be doing regarding colors and I HOPE I get the sweet spots right. I really have to observe and listen to my Inner Guidance. Keep me in your prayers, please. Much love to you! xo

    1. Aw, thank you, Hien. Most came out blurred with movement. It was a bright sunny day and these birds were in deep shadow. My AF wasn’t behaving right and it was a struggle to keep my SS up high enough. I’m very grateful to you for your compliment. Bless you!! xo

    1. Thank you, Shweta. Sorry you couldn’t spot the bird. Once seen, however, it’s as plain as day. Isn’t that funny? I wanted to tell you where you could find this bird but I don’t want to spoil the fun for others. LOL

  1. The bird did blend in so well Amy, against that dead branch. And I must say the colors are already beginning to show, such golden and richness across that field and into the tree’s is beautiful.
Thank you for sharing your change dear lady, may this fall give you the richness you deserve 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏼 🦋

    1. HA! You found him! Good for you! One other person commented on the bird saying she could not find him. I didn’t want to give any hints in case others tried to find the bird. LOL The yellows have been splendid but the leaves are dropping too fast. The colors as well are muted around our home and I pray OH I pray when I do go this week to parks south of us where the colors usually are better, that I find colors that pop.
I thank you with all my heart for your kind sentiments for me. We all have been through so much darkness and hard times we all deserve richness!! Bless you, dear friend. Much love to you this day!! xo

    1. We’ve had 2 frosts, Tim, and then the temperatures went nuts going into the 80’s. Now today temps fallen into the 50’s and supposed to stay there with rain. I have NO idea how to play this Autumn thing out with the change of colors. I “feel” the urge to go soon …. so I will. Glad you enjoyed my post today! xo

    1. Thank you, Shruti! I know this post was a long time in coming but my life of late whew! Busy! And I’m still not done! I am so touched you told me you appreciate the effort I put into my pictures. God bless you! As I told Rob another commenter here, I have all of 2 hours when I can get out of this house to go somewhere with my cameras so every minute counts. Can you imagine what I could do if I had days time to spend with my cameras? That is one of my goals I am moving towards, closer with each oncoming day.
Sending you much love and positivity right back at you!! Stay safe and happy yourself! Much love to you! xoxoxo

      1. I pray you find all the time in this world to spend with Mother and her countless gifts. You truly do an amazing job capturing all that beauty for us. I can’t tell you enough but just know , that your pictures truly make my day💙
I can’t go out enough these days but I live through your pictures. They’re so full of life that I can imagine myself standing there. I pray to the lord that I someday find the opportunity to be at places like the ones you capture. You’re my hero , Amy! I don’t always say this , but yeah.

        Sending you loads of positivity!

      2. I’m going out today, Shruti, with my cameras. My heart is pointing to one of the three parks I have in mind going to. I know that later this morning, the clouds will roll in, making shooting perfect. I prefer cloudy days to shoot Fall foliage rather then bright sunlight. Interestingly enough, the colors pop in the “darkness”. Intriguing fact about light. SMILE! xo

    1. Thank YOU, Amy! Those birds IMO were a miracle, a one in a million chance of me seeing. That day I will not forget for a very long time. Just magic all the way around that I felt, saw, and knew. xo

    1. Yes, Erika, the light really has changed and it is visible. Good eye! The crispness of Summer light is gone. Warmth is here but for how long that I don’t know. Leaves are changing and falling way too fast and it is probably going to be this week or the next I will be going to hunt for those sweet spots. Wish me luck, OK?? Much love to you! xo

      1. True, same over here. Still, the flowers are amazing me. Even the lilies are still blooming for the second time. But the trees are busy losing their leaves.
Yes, fingers crossed, Amy, and lots of love to you too 💖

    1. So happy you enjoyed, Cathy. Leaves are turning wayyyyyy too fast here. I’m thinking of going out today even though it is chilly. Not sure how much time I have so I’m grabbing what I do have. Hope you have a great day today!! Much love to you! xo

    1. I thought these were fledglings, Eliza, but not sure on account I’ve never seen Bluebirds in their drab colors. Thank you for clarifying that for me. Not sure if I am ready to take on the world, per se. It’s tough out there. xo

    1. Thank you, John! An expert birder told me these were Bluebird fledglings, which I thought they were but wasn’t sure due to me not ever seeing these birds when they were not in full color.

  3. I always love your pictures! I have never seen a bluebird this time of year either, I get them at my feeders in the Spring and it excites me every time! I will always send you love and light my friend, keep capturing her magic in that special way that is just you!! xoxo

    1. Thank you, Zia. I just went out today and captured more magic then I even dreamed of. As I suspected it’s going to be tricky this year finding the sweet spots. Where I was today the colors were just changing while at my house a lot of color is about. I just now in fact caught a full rainbow. Wow! What a day!! Much love to you! xo

  4. Amy, these captures are magical. Such sweet precious birds and what a beautiful backdrop. I found last Autumn the colours here were more vibrant than any other season I can remember. I wonder if you’ll find the same in that fall foliage. Sending you lots of love and prayers my dear friend. I’ve been thinking of you lots and trust that you’re well and your heart healing. xxx ❤️🙏

    1. Thank you, Miriam! Still not quite sure what to expect here …. around my home there are a lot of colors but in the park today that I went to, not much. This is going to be tricky to call. I just captured a gorgeous orange tree and a rainbow! What a day today!! I am so blessed!!!
Yes my heart is healing, bless you! There hasn’t been much time between Cookie leaving and today yet the peace remains. Tears yes still do come but not for long. Yes I miss her terribly and will for the rest of my life. But to know she is healthy and running wild and free with no pain, that is my joy. Much love to you, dear friend! xo

      1. Glad to hear your heart is healing Amy. But it does take time, it’s raw. I remember when my beloved Bluey dog passed. So many years ago but he lives on in my heart. Always. And is probably frolicking with your precious Cookie as we speak! Much love, peace and blessings to you dear friend. xxx

  5. Now that is some good camouflage, it took me quite awhile to see it. I am surprised you could see him. I have been seeing some bluebirds here and there also. The fall colors are splattered all over the place around here also. Finding a spot where it is full color will be the ticket, I am still looking for that also. 🙂
