We all deserve to be Loved
for exactly who we are
not what others want us
to be or, regardless
of how different we are.
A problem does arise, however,
when someone does not know
the true meaning of Love
hence acting from a place
that is ugly and dark.
How then do you show Love
to someone who knows not Love
who hurts and destroys
without thought to
heart-breaking ramifications?
That is when Tough Love
comes into play
as the one who knows Love
stands up to the dark
refusing it entry in any form.
When it comes to Tough Love
Tough Love is undoubtedly tough!
Yet if consistent with it
that Tough Love could transform
into changed behavior.
Either that or the one
who refuses to walk from dark ways
is no longer welcome
in the life of the one
who does know Love.
This too is considered Love
something called self-Love,
as you say goodbye
to one stuck in muck
showing how much you Love you.
We all deserve Love.
Yet in order to recognize Love
we first must learn Love ourselves
in order for us to reach others
with tangible real Love.
And how do we learn Love
especially when we were not taught?
There is no book or man
that can teach you as well
then your own Inner Guidance.
Listen and learn for You are wise ….

You’ve nailed it. We need to love ourselves first. Self-love is very important. It helps to lead you to people who love us for exactly what we are. Great pictures and a great message, Amy.

You are welcome, Dan! Just those peony stalks in of themselves (the amazing red stalks) I could have both looked at and taken pictures of for a lot longer then I did. I get so excited when I see the growth in my gardens and every year I feel such awe how quickly things grow. So glad you enjoyed this post!

Your photos are the perfect company for your words, Amy. When I truly love myself only then I can freely give love to others. Otherwise, there will always be something missing to give. I ask myself, if there is really anyone who does love themselves fully and unconditionally. I think it is a process we need to discover our own place of love again in order to get rid of everything that blocks any entry.
Wonderful and so inspiring post, Amy 💖

Bless you, Erika, for this outstanding comment! So sorry for the late reply. I am just now checking twice if I missed any comments and unfortunately you land in the category of being missed.
A very good question you raised … Is there truly anyone walking this earth who fully loves him/herself completely and unconditionally? Is it even possible? If that should happen, doesn’t that mean that that person’s purpose is completed in the classroom, so now goes HOME? I also again agree with you that it is imperative we do face everything that blocks us from love. Not easy but yes doable!!
Sending you much love and BIG (((HUGS)))!! I again apologize for the lateness of my reply to you! xo

No, worries at all, Amy. I appreciate your reply always. Yes, a good question from you too. “doesn’t that mean that that person’s purpose is completed in the classroom, so now goes HOME?” I think that too depends on the purpose that soul came here. If it was to teach others to reach the same state then their journey be a long one down here. There is so much individuality. Life is amazing, magical, and unique. Wonderfully inspiring like your reply, dear Amy. Take good care and stay healthy. Much love to you, dear friend 💖

You take good care too, dear friend. Some days are easier then others. For some reason the “energy” today was heavy and oh yes I felt it. This whole situation is stressful. It’s the waiting and not knowing and questioning how all this is going to work out for the GOOD. At times I feel as though I am holding my breath ….. Much love right back at you! (((HUGS)))!! xo

The close up shots are my favorite. I love the daffodil at the beginning and that part that’s a wonderful neutral hue. It’s like a sheath linking the flower petals to the stem. I was noticing that on some daffodils in my studio this weekend as I was setting up for a still life painting.

I found that sheath to be absolutely fascinating, Catherine. I was looking at a lot of my Daffodils pointedly staring at that sheath. It’s like the outside covering pulled back to reveal this bright yellow beauty. Fascinating! I can’t wait to see what you paint! If I miss that post, come on over here, leave a comment so I go over there to see you. OK? Much love to you!! xo

So beautifully said Amy. We only ever give out what we have become. It is that learning to step past fear that clears our hearts.
And speaking of clear, these pictures are so beautiful. None of these images have any fear. Well done my friend 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

Hi, Mark! I ran out of juice yesterday so today I begin with your comment! (smile)
I’ve been known to say for years I will NOT bend my knee to fear. The attempts of fear in many forms to break me these past weeks have had my head spinning at times as I got hit every which way. However, I persist to rise above to stay in CALM. No, none of my pictures have any fear in them. They only contain love, beauty and truth, for they reflect who I am. My gardens are glowing as I’m told my face is. Interesting, no?
Yesterday I took probably 300 frames (oh my gosh seriously???) of a Common Loon, a duck like bird that is NOT supposed to be here. I was enthralled. He was fishing. I hope that a flock does NOT come here for this lone Loon ate so many fish all by himself as I stood not only fascinated but stunned. A flock of Loons flew in 2 years ago and literally wiped the ponds out of fish. The Buffleheads and the Grebes (not shown yet) are gone. If you’re not fast in these early days of Spring, you miss out.
Anyways ….. beautiful sunny day here today. I went for my early walk and rejoiced hearing all the bird songs I heard as I attempted to ID who was who by their song alone.
May you have a great day today! We are alive and well! We have so much to be grateful for!! Much love to you! xo

It is a hard journey Amy and it will test us in so many ways. But that too has purpose, it is so you can see how far you have come through that inner pain from your fear. And it will give you more courage as you see that whatever was hurting you before is losing its power. Some days we are a bit lower and it will creep in but that too is so that we can see where ‘we’ are at, that place in our hearts that is learning to finally love us perfectly, no longer being warped by those fears.
Take a bow Amy, the photo’s most certainly are a reproduction of the love of their creator 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

This journey is only as “hard” as we make it, Mark. Oh yes the hardships are many yet when we adapt an attitude of peace and calm, and yes even in those times we drop from exhaustion, our journey flows. We can overcome anything when we make up our minds to do so. Or, if not possible to overcome, we can accept what we do have in our life and make the best of that. SMILING!! xo

I so agree, Colleen. Love can be and at times IS so very difficult. There have been times I’ve just wanted to run, to quit. Yet when we do stay and make it through those tough times, the other side is so much sweeter. I’m sure you understand what tough love is. I don’t like it, yet I’ve gotten confident with it so that it no longer leaves me so squirmy. Bless you for commenting on this post. I know some of my followers get uncomfortable when I whip out these “truths”. That’s OK too. My pictures more then enough tell their own story that correlates to my words. Hope you are having a great day!! It turned chilly here so I turn my gaze within my home. Cleaning today! Oh goody! LOL Much love to you! xo

Just in response to the ‘chilly’ and cleaning. I got up when it was dark. The sun came out. Then it hid. NOw it’s chilly and cloudy and I’m a bit confused on what the day will do. So today’s truth is still to be determined.

I agree with What our friend Mark has said Amy. 🙂 Now is that time more than any other time for us to separate our energy from those energies no longer compatible or serving our highest good.
It’s going to be a testing time in many ways, for there are those who seek only to drag us down into the depths of fear, blame, judgment, resentment, anger, and I could go on with lists as long as my arm.
We have been tested throughout our lives for this moment Amy.
We have done a lot of our shadow work already. While others now are only just facing their darkest fears.
But one by one people will go through their own layers of peeling them away.
Some may choose this time to exit as their energies are no longer needed. Others may well choose to serve in those higher realms.
While we maintain that much needed balance of love here in the here and now.
This is our mission .
And you dearest Amy are fulfilling your mission so beautifully as you share your love with the world. 🙏💕🙂😘💕
Thank YOU my dear friend ❤️

Years ago I was taken out of the world, Sue. In 1993, I experienced a severe back injury which signaled my whole life to be changed. I had to figure out over the years who I was and what I wanted to create in my life. This is where I learned how to create what I want and to live by that, not by anything else.
I also have to admit that the energies I feel being an empathic, are ferocious. I am learning how to block those energies completely. At first it was incredibly difficult and still some days no matter what I do they get through. I’ve been doing a lot of resting and sleeping just to recharge because staying higher then the onslaught of negative energy today is exhausting.
I agree that it is our mission to maintain that much needed balance of love right now. OH how this world cries for love and the light of love. We both are fulfilling our mission, dear friend. Now so much makes sense as to WHY things happened the way they did in my life. Now I know.
Bless you and your family, stay safe, and happy. Sending much love to you! xo

You are welcome, Julie, for this reminder. Oh yes I do know how difficult it is not only to accept ourselves but to love ourselves exactly who we are. Since this “pandemic” the age is now showing on my face from the stress of the situation and all that it brings to our home and me personally. I’m learning, dear friend, I am no longer 20 but over 60 and it is no shame to show a face that not only is soft and glows with love, but shows time put in. How freeing it is to gaze at me in the mirror and smile tenderly. Hope you are having a great weekend. I am! Much love to you!! xo
