Friends, do not hook into the deliberate lies, propaganda, and fear tactics that the media is pounding at us. Stop reading, stop listening, just STOP! This is NOT my reality and as I have said so many times in previous years, I will not bend my knee to fear.
Start getting involved in those things that you love to do. Catch up on those things that you’ve gotten behind on due to a busy work life. Now that you have extra time, use it wisely. I do not have extra time like so many of you. I’m heading straight into my busiest time of the year opening my gardens for the season, which in of itself is exhausting. I have so much “other” going on my life I honestly don’t know how I’m going to do what I am about to do.
Yesterday everywhere I went people were calm, happy, smiling, pleasant, willing to have conversations being very respectful of the social distancing. They are not caving into the panic that is deliberately and ruthlessly being thrown at all of us. I applaud all those people who are going about their daily lives with a smile and love in their hearts. We as a nation, as a world at large, are filled with wonderful, kind people who thankfully are getting away from the onslaught of horror and fear found on the news and social media. Please just stop listening to what we honestly don’t know to be the “whole” truth.
Don’t misunderstand me. Yes, I do know there is a virus going around. Yet I am not willing to be transformed into a wobbly glob of fear. I will on the other hand, continue to live as best as I can with love in my heart, not fear.
Let us all encourage one another and practice to smile, living life as fully as we can while practicing safely measures. Comments will be closed today. I have oodles of pictures to edit and today I not only have a resistance band workout to do, but today I will be going into my gardens to begin opening them. I’m going to ask Hubby to go for mulch soon, as a I see it is now stacked at our local gas stations. Enjoy the following pictures.
PS I know all about the outstanding unanswered comments in my notifications. Have patience with me as I will answer them as soon as I can. Thank you!
