As some of you know, I have recently found a place where I can go to immerse myself in such Beauty that each and every time I do go, I feel as if I have walked into Heaven itself. Because so many pictures are included to introduce you to my new Heaven, I’ve decided to make this a two-part series.
First, included in this post, I will show you what I see as in the vistas and what this park contains. My second part will go into the history of this park and show you pictures of the buildings still standing that once were owned by the Knox Family.
Let’s begin. My new Heaven is a place called Knox Farms. It is located in East Aurora, New York and contains a total of 633 acres of everything you could possibly think of. I’ve yet to explore all of those 633 acres! But, within the exploration I did do, I managed to take a lot of pictures to show you the treasure I have stumbled upon.
THE MEADOWS
THE POND
THE FOREST
THE HORSES
THE DOG PARK
Now as you can plainly see what I mean by my new Heaven. To enjoy something to this magnitude is a dream come true. I feel such Peace and a sense of Connection when I am there. Not only that, people are very respectful of me when I am actually taking pictures of birds especially, actually stopping until I am finished. Pinch me! That just reflects the general energy of this park. I hope you enjoyed seeing through my eyes what I am presently enjoying in my life!

Sounds and looks like it is right up your alley AR….So glad you discovered it! And I love that the people are respectful versus the other place you went. Yay! Now if they would just stop chemtrailing the skies you’d be all set…Oh well, nobody is free from them….Do you have to bring your own horses to ride or do they offer them? What fun. Great pictures my friend and you captured the beauty well… Have a great time….And we even have sun! Hugs to you….VK ❤

It is right up my alley, VK! I questioned about the horse situation myself so I did some digging and it seems if you own horses, you bring them to ride there. I even peeked into the stables (pics coming) and I don’t see any horses or any sign of activity. I fully plan on enjoying this park. I’ve already captured some birds there that I’ve seen nowhere else. Those pics coming too ….. I have SO many pictures between my flowers and this park …. I can only show so much. We’ve been having sun here too …. today however it is raining. That’s OK. I don’t have to water my gardens. Have a great day and (((HUGS))) right back at you!! 🌟🌟🌟

All I could think of while looking at these beautiful photos were the lyrics to Kodachrome.
“They give us those nice bright colors
They give us the greens of summers
Makes you think all the world’s a sunny day…”

It looks like someone has put a lot of thought and effort into creating an amazing facility to accommodate so many different people and activities! It’s beautiful. I especially love the pond photo with the clouds reflecting in the water. Thank you for sharing your new slice of heaven 😊💙

You are welcome, Wendy. Whoever runs this place does an unbelievable job. Now by the main mansion where once a beautiful pool and tennis courts were, the evidence is clear that things have not been kept up. My next post will show the main house and pool and tennis court plus the many many barns and the huge stables that were once functioning. The Knox’s owned many horses at one time being avid polo players. The estate sold back in the 20’s for I think about 15 million dollars and I couldn’t even guess at the value of that land today. It truly is Heaven! Much Love to you! 🌟🌟🌟

Me too, me too!!! It’s so cool to go from meadow to forest! And then because it is so hard to show distance in photos, there are actual hills in the background against the meadows’ vistas. It is sooooooo beautiful at this park. Thank you for stopping by to view this post. That meant a lot to me! 🌟🌟🌟

Oh you are very welcome. I know what you mean about the photos. I get so disappointed when I see something like you are describing and canNOT capture it. But, fortunately, everything you said and the pictures made it very clear to see. 🙂

I so appreciate this comment! And then some! It is so difficult to portray distance or size ….. my eyes see one thing and my image sees another. How to get a 2-dimensional image look 3D? I have to somehow frame an image that compares distance and/or size in order to convey how BIG what I am photographing is. Disappointing and frustrating! As with anything …. practice. I attempted to make what I saw as close as possible to the real deal. Have a great day! ☺️

Oh, Amy, what a lovely place. I can see why you’re so excited. The photos you’ve shared here are gorgeous. I love the open, seemingly endless fields the best.

Thank you, Dan, for such an enthusiastic comment! The space that I captured does not do justice to how huge this place is. It is not easy to convey distance when there are miles of rolling meadows. Most of the birds I have seen and captured have been within the meadows or trees and bushes within the meadows or, at the edge of the forest. This place is mesmerizing. I have yet to find the polo now soccer field that is part of this park. I’d like to see what is that way ….. next time I go I know how to get there. Again, thank you so much for your excitement. I absolutely love this place! ☺️

What a beautiful property! It surely looks like heaven and a place one can go and let loose, relax and completely be in beauty!! How healing! Thanks for sharing these great photos of heaven!! Enjoy the weekend – hopefully you’ll be enjoying more of the farm!! Much love, Donna

Hi, Donna! This property is beyond beautiful, my images not doing it justice. It’s so difficult portraying proper proportions as in distance and height when you really have nothing to use for comparison. Yes oh yes it is healing here and I plan on returning many times! I have to wait until temps go down a bit …. just too hot lately for those meadows. SO glad you stopped by to see my new Heaven. Much Love to you!!! 🦋🦋🦋
