    1. Now you know what takes a lot of my “time” behind the scenes, GH. Believe it or not, our house seems a bit empty. This is the first time a LONG time we are down to 10 cats. However, I have no plans whatsoever in getting any more. Happy New Year!! 💝

  1. The furry morsel family! Love it…Everyone looks pretty good considering age etc….Amazing how love can heal….Thanks for sharing the babies…At least you see color. Outside it’s all white and pretty boring….I so long for spring and winter has just begun really 😦 Have a happy day…VK ❤

    1. There’s not much color here, VK. It is just blah. I have to use filters to brighten things up. I’m not sure what my next step will be … yet I’ve been in this place before and so know, when the “freeze” breaks, I’ll be doing something “new”. Until then, I chop wood and carry water. (smile) 💞🐾💞

    1. Gigi, you actually crossed my mind when I posted this today, just knowing how much you would love it. Living beauty …. LOVE what you said! And how true it is! I could talk for hours about what my cats have taught me. And it’s all good. 🐾💞

    1. Thank you SO much for sending my special family Love. I am just thrilled you enjoyed my sharing of these precious cats. I don’t do this often, yet, due to the response I received with this post, I’m thinking of showing my cats more often. (smile) Much Love to you! 💞🐾💞

  3. Hello kids!! So nice to see all of you! I am so glad your mother got into a “hmmm, what do I take a photo of now?” predicament! You are all so lovely to let her show you to us – thank you! And you have such a wonderful home and glad you take care of the house and well-being of your human family!
    Much love to all! Donna

    1. Aw, Donna, how you made me smile with such happiness when I read your words. I’ve got a huge smile on my face as I write this to you. I’m learning to shoot with my long lens so that I am NOT close to them and even then like Cookie, some are so afraid of the camera. Thank you SO much for stopping by to see my family. BIG (((HUGS))) and Much Love to you! 💞🐾💞

    1. Yes, Rob, much much Unconditional Love is found in our home. My cats taught me what that is when humans sadly fell way short of even knowing what that concept is. You are so welcome for this share. It was my pleasure to bring to you the Love I have on a daily basis. 💞🐾💞

  4. Beautiful and lovely post, dear Amy ❤
Your kids are just so adorable and they look so very relaxed, which is wonderful to see.
Mine are only 15 years, but in fair health too 😀
Wish all of you an amazing new year together ❤

    1. Aw, thank you, Irene! Most of these babies are still recovering from Max’s death yet just recently I’m hearing myself laugh and these “kids” are playing more. Things are looking up. Good to know there are other cats in this world who are well taken care of. May YOU have an amazing new year!! (((HUGS)))! 💞🐾💞

  5. You can never beat ‘family’ Amy, especially ones as cuddly as these ❤
P.S. This is the first post I've had from you in ages, something happened New Years Day and maybe the gloves are finally off 😀
P.S. Even enlightened beings need a break, it is giving you a rest for what is to come, take it and appreciate it, just like the 'family' pictures above ❤ 😀

    1. Mark, I had a “feeling” I needed to turn my phone on when I was in the middle of a forest today. And there you were, confirming in a huge way something I actually did today to free myself. Yes the gloves are off in a manner of speaking, as I am no longer willing to compromise myself in any way. Rest …. I’m getting there. Today in fact, in that forest, is the first time in a while I felt the Bliss surrounding me. And for the first time in a long time, I’m looking like me again as the exhaustion and the “reactions” from allergens fade away. OH it is good to be back, my friend! SO glad you enjoyed this post. My family yes is unique but the Love I wouldn’t trade for anything!! (((HUGS)))!!! 💞🐾💞

    1. Finally, LOL, I’m here, Phoenix! That sweet Jersey no longer will have to contend with a freezing cold barn or the dangers of being outdoors. The gratitude I see in her eyes daily melts my Heart. HUGS back to ya!! 💞🐾💞

    1. Aw, thank you SO much, Arbie. These cats are the Loves of my life. I sooooo agree with you …. cats are brilliant and their way of knowing is so far and above our own. If we could only connect to that way of knowing … we in turn would be brilliant. (smile) 💞🐾🐾💞

  6. Now I know where you get your good looks, it runs in the family. 🐱Wow, what a pride of beauties!
You are very lucky. In the city, I’m allowed only 3 cats. One passed recently, but another will find me. They always do.
This is one of my fave posts of yours. Cats are special, you are special and this post is special.
I’m still thinking about all of your prosaic questions from your New Year post. I know my energy is out there a lot, but I do believe I shrink here, and there.
    Well 💥🌹💥💖💥💐💥🌺💥HAPPY NEW YEAR 💥🌹💥💖💥💐💥🌺💥

    1. Hahaha, Resa!! LOL However, my cats are gorgeous I must say! I have no idea what the limit of cats is here but we have lived here before all the crazy laws went into effect. This used to be “country” and farmland until the greedy land contractors gobbled the land up building houses.

Anyways …. how did I get talking about that? Teehee …. So this is one of your fav posts of mine. Funny you should say that cuz in the past whenever I posted a “cat” post not too many people seem to like them. But! The reaction from this post was phenomenal and has me TRYING to catch up on ALL the comments. That tells me something changed. And yes I will be posting more of my cats in the future.

Honey, your energy is OUT THERE. There is NO doubt in my mind. How can you even second guess yourself? You are brilliant and amazing! My awe of you grows every single time I visit you blog.

      HAPPY New Years!!!! 💞🐾🐾🐾🐾💞

    1. Thank you so much, YellowCable! I know they don’t look as old as they really are. I too keep saying that very thing. Cookie for example right now is running chasing toy mouses in the kitchen. Yes I really do take excellent care of them …. it shows!! Happy New Year!! 💞🐾💞

  7. I’m certain they’re some of the best-loved cats on the planet, Amy, yes. You’re incredibly devoted to your fur family. They are all so beautiful! You’re right, Clara and Bella do look alike, same hopeful stare, too. “Gonna pet me?” Is she a lover?
    Blue eyed boy is AMAZING.
    Jersey, Oof!
They’re all striking and I feel like I could guess half their personalities simply by how you’ve captured them.
    Just gorgeous meow-meows!
I haven’t been photographing much, either. I have a new phone and a new ‘not laptop’ and it’s just not workin for me. Yet. I hold hope. Sigh.

    1. Joey! You win the prize cuz these cats are the best LOVED cats on the planet indeed! They give me so much Love and without them my life would be so empty. My Bella is a bit standoffish. But when I scooch down where she is laying and begin to talk to her, pet her, sing to her, just hang with her, her face says “I’m in Cat Heaven, Mom!” Then her paws do the paw-paw which right there buts my Heart in a twist. My Rusty … his eyes are actually turquoise, a color I’ve never seen in a cat before him. Jersey … yep, she is adorable. Can you imagine anyone kicking her out of a house? That was her plight until I took over. Now, she is pampered along the the rest of my cats.

My photography slump gave way yesterday when to my utter amazement I captured creatures both large and small. It was as if Mother not only gave me my JOY back but she also opened the “magic door” again that allows me to really see. Sorry to hear about your techy probs. Those can really put grays in the hair. Hope you figure things out! Much Love to ya!! 💞🐾💞

  8. Yikes! Your place must be a CATastrophy! What a great collection of feline personalites. I like cats much better than dogs. Our oldest cat was Julie – a black, orange and white calico lived to be 18 years old. She purred like a loud engine! Now we are catless, but just inherited a nice dog (Bear) from our daughter b/c she is having a hard time finding a place to rent that accept larger dogs.

    1. No catastrophe here, Michael. My cats are so part of this home I don’t know what I would do without them. Sure my furniture is all beat up but so what? I’d rather have beat up furniture then no Love, hands down! These precious 4-legged “Angels” have taught me what Love really is, something that no human taught me. For that, I am irrefutable grateful. Happy Weekend! 💞🐾💞

    1. Dan, I honestly didn’t think you would make it over hear on account of you not feeling good. But! I am really glad you got the opportunity to see my babies …. all 10 of them!! Yes, the Love is evident and their beautiful personalities as well. Hope you are on the mend by now. 💞🐾💞

    1. Cats are so intelligent it blows my mind. When I really do “get” what they are saying or doing, I just stand there with my jaw on the ground. Our cats taught me Love when no human did. That above all is a Miracle! May you have a glorious day!!! 🌹🐾🌹

    1. I work darn hard as does Hubby to give these cats quality of life and to know LOVE. They get the best foods I can find and live in an environment that produces Peace and Calm. We are finally getting back to “normal” after loosing our Max, and it does my Heart so much good to see the smiles on their faces. So glad you enjoyed this post, Chris! 💞🐾💞
