    1. I so agree with you, Jodi. I too could look at these images and just get carried away as I see more and more in each of them. I have a huge smile on my face knowing how much you LOVED this post. May you have a grande weekend!! 💞

  1. Thanks for the hard work you put into your pictures, Amy and for sharing them with us. I love water drops and ice crystals and similar marvels of nature. The appear and then they are gone, unless someone talented captures them on “film” – I hope you’re having a great weekend.

    1. I honestly don’t consider this hard work, Dan, although a few choice sounds came out of my mouth when I had to adjust my body on that hard, cold ground which found me stretched in positions that were a tad bit uncomfortable. I could have been down on that ground for hours, truth be told! But, alas, the sun only shone for about 15 perhaps 20 minutes which I of course used with every drop of enthusiasm I could muster. I actually saw two horses kissing with one of them holding a heart in one of those images. The more I look, the more I see. Have a great weekend! 😘

  2. So many cool images in this tiny world! I saw a cat, a cow, cute little dino, elephant iceskating! Very cool and so crystal clear! It’s like you took your camera to the jewelers and had a roam through their loose diamond drawer!! (If there even is such a thing! 😀) And to think they are so small – the tiny drop of water can be so wonderful! Thanks for sharing these and for your enthusiasm for getting out there and capturing them in such a short window! Much love, Donna

    1. Oh my goodness, Donna, I’m laughing with absolute JOY at your imagination! How cool you saw an elephant iceskating. WOW! I actually saw in one of the images two horses kissing with one of them holding a heart. I saw a deer with one ear missing. Yes I saw the cat (of course!) I too saw the dino ….. just LOVE it when the imagination takes off at a gallop!! LOL And yes these crystals were extremely tiny which gave me the incentive to be extra careful to get the shot perfect. Of course using some tools in some editing rooms put the icing on the cake. When I am with my camera, dear friend, all my troubles just fade away. It’s been so bleak here with no pretty snow that gosh! I was so determined to get something! And something I got!! LOL You have a great weekend!! BIG (((HUGS)))!!!

PS LOVE your enthusiasm! Go play this weekend! 😘😘😘

    1. Blogging to me is not only sharing what I LOVE to share, but it is getting to know the people who do come to my blog. I encourage communication and openness between myself and those who visit here.

And I thank you so much for appreciating my artistic talent. My camera is both therapist and friend to me, and throw in there the fact that Mother allows me to see things that many others don’t see, makes my photography to me very exciting. Yes it is good to reflect that it is usually the “small” things in life that are truly important. Bless you for stopping by. May you have a grande weekend! 😘😘😘

    1. Yet even with this comment, I can feel the sadness. I’ve taught myself to look for Beauty that most overlook. It is a challenge to me. And it brings my focus to something other then the huge challenges so evident in my life. This brings out the Inner Child in me, and laughter, and excitement. I’ve got such a strong hold on my camera that I will just NOT let go no matter how sad my Heart is. Through my lens, and what Mother allows me to see, healing comes to me. Tears sting my eyes as I write these words. I could still fall today to those tears or choose to do something that will bring my focus to the NOW, specially a NOW that brings HAPPY to my Heart. Darn it I wish I could hug you for real. I identify with you for I recognize me in you, that part of me that cries out in the lonely desert. BIG (((HUGS))), Drew. XOXO

      1. Smiling. I have taught myself to do the same.
You and your camera compose the most beautiful poetry.

I do recognize you in me as well, the need for our hearts, photos, and words to create love and spread it throughout the world.
        Bug hug right back. XOXO

      2. You truly are one very special man aka Angel as well. The story goes like this … we who feel out of sorts on this earth, who have the greatest troubles trying to fit in (yeah right as if a round peg will fit in a square hole), we who “know” this world is not ours, yep, we are the Sensitives from another World. I recognize your “energy”. WE both are doing exactly what we were meant to do. XOXO

      1. Whoa, wait a minute. You’ve discovered my secret. I’m supposed to be in disguise. I must admit I do have trouble with these darn wings at times cause they just don’t want to stay hidden. LOL Seriously you touched me deeply by what you said. Dang, you made MY day! BIG HUGS!! XOXO

  3. It’s definitely note luck, Amy, or at least not just luck. It’s the photographer seeing the perfect shot and being able, and willing, to drop everything to get that shot before it’s gone. Last week, I could have gotten an awesome photo of someone jogging through fog in Delaware Park, but alas, I was in traffic and late for work, and of course, the fog was gone by lunchtime. Not bad luck, just bad timing and, I guess, a little lack of dedication (but mostly, just the need to pay those bills).

    1. Aw, CM, thank you! And you are so right about dropping everything to go for something important. I do that all the time with my cats, just take my word for it. I see something I run. And as for that camera …. gosh I seem to be in the same boat. I keep telling myself I will take my camera with me no matter where I go cuz I’m always seeing “shots” when I am out and about. But just in the clock rushing to get out of here, I leave my camera behind. Your words are gonna get me to bring my camera, darn it! I’m actually going for a walk with hubby today and at first I said, no camera. It’s yuck outside. You know that. Yet …. whenever I leave that camera behind I’m wishing I hadn’t. I’ll make a New Year’s Resolution to start bringing my camera if you do too. Sounds good? (wink!) LOL ☺️

  4. Swarovski crystals can’t compare to your vanished treasure. Really magnificent, Amy!
The largest diamond ever found in N. America was found in Canada, recently. Someone is going to cut and polish it, so some really rich person can buy it. I think you should be the official photographer!
    Sending hugs! ❦

    1. Now, Resa, how on earth am I supposed to even reply to this??? You blew me right out of the water by what you said AND you had me drooling just at the thought of the possibility of me photographing this diamond and how it will be cut. I WISH!!!!

    1. Oh wow, Joey, thank you SO much! I just seized the moment and ran with it. I knew I had but a very small window of time for the sun to stay out so I really had zip time to think about composition. I just saw something, aimed, focused it in clearly manually, and shot. MOST of my images I did not like. I’m just grateful that these here came out as good as they did. (((HUGS)))!!😘

      2. Sue, I am on a Major Road of getting my health under wraps. I’m also less inclined to reach out to others and spend a lot of time on WP. Not right now at least. Yes I LOVE to share what I LOVE to capture but I must recover from the Intense Journey with Max.

I have a post all ready to publish about the dangers of Wi-Fi and what hubby did about it. But due to the stress of the holidays, my Heart is telling me to hold off a bit until after the New Year.

You submerge into your Magic World and I promise to do the same. I also must get back into some type of exercise program which I am already groaning about. I’ve been away from exercise because of Max (I had nothing and I mean nothing left over) and when I first begin, I will be SORE. A good sore which means I’m strengthening muscles I need to strengthen.

Sending Love and Blessings to you and your Family for a Joyous Peaceful 2019! And so it is! (((HUGS))) 💝💝💝

    1. Michele, OH how I LOVE your imagination! Yes there are creatures in every single image. You just have to slow down and look, that’s all. SO happy you slowed down to look so you didn’t miss what Mother so graciously gave me. Merry Christmas, dear friend! BIG (((HUGS))) 💝💝💝
