It’a unanimous. Slam-dunk. Across the board win. Everyone who commented on my last post told me they do not get tired of Fall Colors. Between life and weather, I’ve not been able to get out much with my camera in the last few days. Wild winds with gusts that bring trees down and rains coming down in solid sheets made me a prisoner in my own home.
Yesterday the sun broke through the heavy clouds and out I ran just to capture a few pictures of what was close by. The winds tore at me and the temperatures turned my hands to ice. But! I did get Beauty. Today I plan on going out with my camera to capture Beauty (hopefully) in two parks, and tomorrow (hopefully) a third park. And then (I think) I will be finished with Fall Foliage.
This is the final mad dash to get the remaining color documented with my Canon. This is it, friends. So as in every year, (but this year more so then ever) I run hither and thither and yon to find the colors that will shortly no longer be known.
The above photograph is an image I took yesterday. It is an area that is behind and to the west of our property. Think of me as my teeth chatter and my hands freeze as I follow the “yellow-leaved road” in order to find those final blazes of glory of Autumn. Comments will be closed. I gotta go find those Treasures.
