Beauty in the eyes of one may not necessarily be Beauty for another. For every pair of eyes on this planet lies perhaps a unique definition of what Beauty is. Shall we open my door just a bit to peek at a few whispers of What Beauty Is to me?
Beauty is a state that brings a Glow to the Heart.
Beauty brings feelings of Great Wonderment and Awe.
Beauty is a means to connect to the Divine, Soul-to-Soul.
Beauty is a Mind-Set where Self-Worth is known.
Beauty is the ability to look into a mirror, no longer seeing the flaws but only seeing Beauty reflected back.
Beauty brings a soft smile to the face and butterflies to the stomach.
Beauty sustains youth in every way possible thereby replenishing health.
Beauty if known becomes a Part of a Dream swirling seamlessly with an array of unbounded possibilities.
What is Beauty to you?

Beautiful dear Amy ❤
And I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who "sees" and "feels" beauty this way 🙂 Happy Autumn ~ ~

The fall color in your area is remarkable, Amy and you captured it so well. I like your thoughts on beauty. It’s one of those things that you sense with more than your eyes.

Tween you and me I tweaked the colors, Dan. LOL I’ve been playing in PS to give my photos a really rich and golden hue to them. Don’t get me wrong the colors here are gorgeous! Just in glancing outside my living room window my breath catches at the bright yellows and golds my Maple Trees have turned. And then my backyard has so many shades of oranges and reds. Ahhhhhh …. And yes Beauty is something you sense deep within …. ☺️

I had to do a lot of tweaking on the doors I posted today. The sky was bright and dull, but it put everything in shadows. So the doors were either too bright or too dim, and everything was covered by a car.

Beauty is hard to define but you’ve done a great job With both show and tell. Your photos above are truly beautiful and there are few things more beautiful than nature.

Yes, I really had to think about this post for several days before I wrote it. What is Beauty to me? I asked. I sought. And when I knew it was time to write I did so. To me (now this may vary to someone else) Mother Nature is my inspiration and my source for Beauty. No question. May you have a Beautiful day, Beautiful Holly! 😘

There is nothing as awesomely beautiful as a garden or a forest, the lakes and mountains. Things we take for granted. 😘

I see you were able to catch a shot of a rare bird in the middle of all that beautiful fall foliage. 🙂 Your bluebird of happiness?

Tis a rare bird indeed that I did catch, Scott. My bluebird of happiness? That all depends upon which day we’re talking. LOL On this day that this picture was shot, yes this is my bluebird of happiness! 😉

Beautiful photos! There is something so beautiful about the fall, and come to think of it there is something beautiful about the spring too and the winter and summer. It’s exactly right – in the eyes of the beholder. The beauty of the fall is different to me than the beauty of the spring. And sometimes a snow fall can take my breath away. So many wonders of beauty to behold!! Thanks for sharing your beauties with us!! Looks like hubby is really in the flow enjoying himself!! Much love to you! Donna

I could not agree with you more, Donna, in that every season in of itself holds so many beautiful things to see. Each of them so very different and that’s what makes living in a place where there are four seasons quite exciting at least to me. Thank you for adding your thoughts to mine which brought more fullness to this post. Bless you and much Love to you this day! 💕🌹💕

Ah I fell in love with every single definition of Beauty you gave dear Amy – that’s the feeling I felt 🙂 Your pictures just so apt how you magically draw us to be in awe, wonder, peace and amazement of the experience of pure beauty. As for your question ‘what does beauty mean to you?’ I wish to share with you a poem I had written in the past.

Prag, everytime I go out and capture Mother’s Beauty, I fall in Love again. The colors right now transcends one’s spirit to another realm. I’m waiting for rain to stop in order for me to again go out. I also thank you so much for sharing your view on Beauty, a poem I’ve been thinking about these past 2 days. I’ll leave me comment on your post. Much Love to you! 😘

Wow! Beautiful thoughts about Beauty! Great Autumn images! I think my favourite is “Beauty brings feelings of Great Wonderment and Awe.” I would add that encounters of Beauty provide glimpses into the loving and unfathomable heart of God the Creator! I’m still amazed at the beauty of Gravity – how crazy is it that everyone can stand on a huge globe without falling off?? Or if our not-so-solid Earth was a few degrees closer or further from the sun, we would be fried or frozen. And how about every human being – the ultimate creation! Yet, we are so plentiful and self-focused on personal wealth and power and insecurities that we forget that the existence of every person is a profound miracle! So yes, I remain in Great Wonderment and Awe!

Michael, I in all honesty don’t understand how anyone can say there is not a God, that there is no Higher Source. Over and over again as I’m out in Nature, my heart stills, my Soul sings and Communication with the Divine begins immediatlhy. You brought a lot of good questions to the forefront … does anyone really THINK about how incredible this planet is or how intricate we are made? I’m thrilled you are filled with Great Wonderment and Awe …. so am I! Thank you for sharing your thoughts here. Glorious!! 🙂
