As you can see by the copyright, I had Crocuses late February of last year. I think there is a very real chance of this not happening this year. How I wish! Here today is the 9th and it is still very cold and snowing.
I have seen, however, the weather make drastic changes at this time of year. Spring Migratory birds have recently returned. With the Hope of the Return of the Birds, snow could rapidly say bye-bye and warmth steps in its place.
And then in no time at all, my early Spring flowers will arise from their Cold Winter’s Nap. These Crocuses, though tiny, are tough! Both my cats and I are beginning to yen for the warmth of Spring. By this time every year, all of us are more then happy to greet Spring’s warm embrace.
Below is the original image, resized, with no editing. I played a little in Photoshop with the first image to make it pop! And to say …. Hurray, Spring is almost here!!
