Not long ago
I told my hubby
I felt very angry that day
and for him to please
stay out of my way for
I did not wish to take
my anger out on him.
The next few hours I fumed
silently
asking why I was so angry.
And when I saw and then
accepted and released
anger quietly went away.
When you own your anger
instead of pushing it down
it no longer owns you
so it can no longer hurt you!
