[Bellis …. new in my gardens]
OH. MY. What haven’t I accomplished since my disappearance from WP? Whoa! Let me see …. a total of 26 new plants I put into the ground, I made a new garden and I opened up all front gardens. That means weeding, removing all Winter Protection, pruning, and laying down new mulch. I’ve gone through 20 bags of mulch and probably will use 20 more for the remaining gardens. Now mind you these are just the basics to get my gardens up and running.
And oops, this post does not mean I am back on WP. Um, nope. I just had pity for you all going through withdrawal without my pretty flowers being posted.
[Red Columbines … new in my gardens]
I’m pooped. And I’m just a little more then half-way finished. I have 6 more plants to get into the ground and still looking for the perfect 2 trellises I require for some of those new plants waiting to get into their permanent Home. My back and legs are not cooperating as much as they have in previous years so when they start to scream I must stop the garden progress and get horizontal. Ahhhh, aging aint for sissies. Just sayin’.
[Carnation …. one flower in Karma’s Memorial Garden]
[Freesia … another flower in Karma’s Memorial Garden]
I designed and made Karma’s Memorial Garden. I finished the two Prinny Gardens and the Garden for Molly that I did last year filled in so exquisitely. I took a picture of the front of our house and you would swear fairies lived here. The gardens below are in memory of Prinny 1 and Prinny 2.

I’m not sure when I’ll be back here in bloggersville. I am leaving comments open but more then likely will not be answering them. I also wish to make it clear I will not be visiting your blog as is my habit to do. I hope with fingers crossed that I can finish these gardens within another week. Kids, Life just is whizzing on by and there is no way I can afford to sit and blog. And what I wrote here, just to let you know, is not the only aspect of my Life. Oh yeah, there has been a lot more. *sighs*
I really hope you got your flower fix today. I really do miss you but truthfully I don’t miss the time involved. Not at this time of my Life. Oh to be able to live in flower world all the time. I am soaking in every minute I can with my flowers. This year especially they mean so much to me as my broken Heart slowly mends.

I can smell the warmth and dirt under your fingernails from here Amy. Don’t you just love the springtime 😀
Sending you energy and healing for your back, and a massage therapist each night for an hour before you go to sleep 😀
Great pic’s to let us share the pleasure of your gardens too, especially the lights shot out the front 😀 ❤
Enjoy the love in your work…picks, shovels or camera 😀

Aw, Marissa! Your words and your presence put tears in my weary eyes. Thank you for even noticing I haven’t been here. Every year these gardens just seem to get a wee bit harder. And you are so welcome for me sharing. I love doing that. I’m gonna take that camera of mine today and crawl around to get more pics. Much Love to you!!! ❤

Not quite yet, Dr. Hb. I have about half to of my gardens to go yet. It should go faster because I only have 6 more plants to get into the ground plus the opening of gardens along with them. 😜

Ah, the Spring Marathon – it’s a love/hate relationship, isn’t it? 😉 Sometimes the best part of the day is the horizontal part! Your gardens and photos are lovely, Amy. ❤

Yes, Eliza, I am on the Spring Marathon not really knowing how I will finish. You of anyone knows what I am talking about. I don’t know where I’m not sore. My Chiropractor will be notified probably tomorrow so that I can come in. SO totally agree about the horizontal part. WE deserve that position more then most people “get”. Bless you!! And BIG (((HUGS))). Every year this gets a wee more challenging. Aging aint for sissies. 😓

Beautiful, beautiful flowers and it really is a great accomplishment there. 26 new flowers and sounds like more on the way soon. Take care of those legs. It sounds like you are working too hard…you are still going as you are. Really 😊 Looking forward to when those plants come up and out even taller for you after all the love you showed them 😊❤
