    1. Thank you, Erika. We’ve gone back to cold yet now I see yellow and orange Crocuses in my garden. I hope they stick around until it is warm enough for me to get on the ground. And no I will not do that as cold as it is right now. Too much pain involved. ❤

  1. Really beautiful photos, Amy. I hope, that you found usable solutions for all of you.
Many in this area are drinking the water here, it should be good enough for drinking. I think, it tastes of chlorine and don’t like to drink it. So I buy bottled water for all here and my cats and dog seems to be very happy. Once I forgot to served bottled water after cleaning the bowl, they denied to drink it… Then I realized my mistake and exchanged their water.
    Love ❤

    1. Thank you, Irene, for firstly reading this post. Bless you! We are drinking bottled water and I’m filtering that as well. I plan on getting someone here to test our tap water, filtered tap water, the Spring water, and then the filtered Spring water. I am both seeing and feeling the difference drinking the filtered Spring water. I’ve been having to resort to IV fluids for a good 6 of may cats because all of us had gotten either ill or very dehydrated. Progress is slow. Very. Thank you for your support!!! Much Love to you this day! It’s downright criminal that we are no longer able to drink our tap water. I’ll go as far as saying our tap water and a certain food contributed to both Prinny and Karma’s deaths. I have no proof. It is just my gut hunch. To say the least I have been extremely busy here. ❤

      1. Here it is possible to buy cans with special filters for filtrating the tap water. I think, they hold between 1-2 liter and I use around 4 liter per day here in most of the months, when it is warm here. These cans are expensive and the filters need to be exchanged often, so I didn’t buy this kind, at least not yet. I do use the tap water for warm use, just not for drinking directly.
        Good luck, dear friend ❤

      2. Now you got me thinking Amy, I have been having much troubles with my stomach for a while and been down with a cold, I think, for some time now. Maybe I should try only to use bottled water for all to test, if this helps. Thank you for your inspiration ❤

      3. Good luck, Irene. I am so happy I got you to think. That was part of the purpose for my post. I WANT people to think. Please let me know how you do. I honestly cannot believe how good I feel. I’ll tell you about it when you tell me how you feel on bottled water. Make sure it is Spring Water. I am drinking Poland Springs. I don’t know if you have that one in Spain. The Springs are here in the states. I encourage you to do your research as well regarding which bottled water to drink. Some companies add fluoride something you really want to avoid. Much Love to you! ❤

    1. Thank you, Sue! I spent a long time on my belly looking at this world of Wonder. The Gift was given to me at the exact time I needed it. Now mind you my neighbor has Crocuses but hers was not blooming. Hmmmmm …..
Gluten … I really thought it was a gimmick. OH how I was wrong. We cannot ingest food that has been genetically altered. Even eating organic we found ingredients that no longer we will eat. So much we have thrown out but I will not eat that food nor will I give it to my cats. Not only am I and hubby sensitive but I’ve diagnosed Rocky with Celiac. Others as well have been having absorption problems. Looking at the ingredients of a food I trusted I was shocked to see grains in it, corn, and wheat. No wonder my cats have been so ill! I pray I am doing the right actions to alleviate the symptoms in this house. Today finally I am seeing positive results with my cats. Yesterday was a tough day for me as my muscles began to cramp due to all the toxins being flushed out. I do not trust our tap water and I will have someone come in to test tap water, tap water with filter (what we HAD been drinking that caused dehydration and other symptoms), the spring water and the spring water with the filter. I have nothing to back me up other then my hunches. I am documenting everything. Thank you for the Love and I send Love right back to you! ❤ ❤ ❤

      1. Bless you, dear friend, for the encouragement. I always do want to know why, I just cannot help it. That is who I am and right now I’m trying to convince hubby to have someone test our water. I’ll be patient. When he starts seeing improvements in himself he’ll want to know too. I see them in me, big ones, already. So … time will help me as will God. No worries. ❤

  3. Absolutely beautiful photography, Amy! It’s actually snowing here. My hubby is out of town, so I’m trying to keep up with it the best I can. I was out twice yesterday. I’m wondering if I should tackle it again. It’s suppose to rain this afternoon. Hubby suggested that I leave it, but it’s piling up quickly. I’ll assess the situation again in an hour to decide. 🙂

    1. My 2 sense says IF it is going to rain, let it be. Why do extra work when Mother can take care of it for you? LOL And thank you for your compliment on my photography. I look back to what I did last year and amazed that yet again I have changed and gotten better. Amazing! ❤

  4. brilliant shots of Spring’s best heralds Amy!
Spring – its on its way and I firmly believe that getting outdoors in the sunshine is one of the best remedies for us.
I do relate, to the sensitivity issues you’re having with soy and gluten. I’ve had to return to the old days and make all my own food, eat just the plain old basic fresh foods. its been a drag. but I’m used to it. and it was simply no choice for me, do it or ‘else’! 🙂

    1. Thank you, Debi, about my images! I agree with you about sunshine and unfortunately during the winter months there is not enough of it. IMO, many people are having trouble but they don’t recognize as gluten sensitive. I know I didn’t. Not until one of my cats almost died and I took a really close look at some ingredients in a certain food which shocked me. He has many autoimmune issues (same as me) and what I saw happening to him I related to me … and thus hubby and I are now gluten free. I felt the difference almost right away. We basically do eat whole foods and have a bland diet but the few processed items we ate again shock. No longer. And people wonder why they are so ill or not feeling good. That and the water …. something in our water was making us ill as well. Very very scary. I’m working on hubby to get our water tested. He can be a stubborn mule but I know when he sees the improvement in his body he will want to know as I do right now, what the heck is in that water that is harming us. Unbelievable!! ❤

      1. this is so strange… my cats are on grain free food too. maddening discovering “cereals” in food for for protein eating animals!! 😦 what is in your water? is it city or well?

      2. City water. Hubby is fighting me to get it tested because he’s afraid I’ll say something. I will not go up against the utility companies. They’ll destroy me. I just want to know for my own knowledge and to have something to back me up when I do tell others… my Vet for one … what I’ve been contending with. And yes it is shocking what is in some of these foids!

I’m encouraged that your seem to be making some progress, but I worry that you have your hands full. Good luck, Amy. I hope the weather stays nice. We had some warm days, but it got cold again today.

    1. Dan, perhaps you have a better understanding now how important my photography is to me. If you really knew how much lays on my shoulders and what I do daily, you probably wouldn’t know how I do what I do. My camera is really my therapist. And Mother Nature gives me such sustenance and such Joy that I am able to continue this incredibly complex Life of mine. Please don’t worry about me. God makes sure I have enough strength to do all that I do. There is no other way I could live my life … God is my Source of everything. I am SO utterly grateful that I now see signs that my cats are improving and that I am achieving the correct actions in order to change circumstances for the better. Trial and error, much research, much thought and prayer, many many changes, and through it all I am Guided continually. Celiac and bad water contributed to probably all of the problems in this house. Now I am taking matters in my hands and rectifying the problems. Lots of work, much time, so much documentation … it’s worth it. Bless you for your concern. Much Love to you this day! ❤

  6. Amazing my friend, and so beautiful. I love these colours…and of course the genius that created them 😀
And we did have an unusual event last year in mid winter, we had 4 or 5 days of temperatures around 75 degrees (24C), which in winter is unheard of. It even affected the days around it so that we missed a 2 or 3 week period of winter, even the tree’s and plants were shocked, they started to change for spring and it was too early. I was walking around in a t-shirt. And it made this years spring, summer period seem to be very long (mind you, I love the warm rather than the cold so I’m not complaining) 😀 ❤

    1. Huh, kinda sounds like our Spring Summer last year. Very long. I think we are heading into another two seasons just like last year. And a huge thank you for your kind words about my art. I laid on the ground a long time looking at this just in awe of what I was seeing. To see COLOR again and this vibrantly brought such solace to my Soul. I don’t think I could have snapped another winter scene even though there was not all that much winter. I’m just a warm, sun, color, blue sky, flowers, type of gal. These Crocuses brought such Hope and Joy to me. I see yellow and orange have popped up and I’m praying they stay through this cold snap we are having right now. From 70’s down to 30’s. Yikes! ❤

    1. Oh yes, I understand completely, Michael. I was pulled up by my bootstraps over the weekend reminding me to shut the door on the world and to focus on my own little world, in my beautiful corner. My “Energy” does not handle the harshness found in the world and right now especially my Essence requires Serenity and Love. So, with the tug I am now reorientated where I belong …. hiking the Trail of Inner Peace. Blessings, dear friend. ❤

  7. Your photos — I mean, your artwork is absolutely gorgeous. Visions for the eyes! I’m happy to hear that you’re getting a handle on some of the things you’ve been having to deal with. Sometimes life comes at us from every direction at once. Goodness, I knew you had multiple kitties but I didn’t realize you had 11! Wow ! I thought I had my hands full with seven! Here’s wishing you a more serene week ahead! Hugs 🤗

    1. Aw, Linda, thank you! I am passionate about my camera and the Gifts that Mother gives me. I have been saying I don’t have a lot of time to dedicate to my photography as I would like to yet it seems Life itself teaches me, and because of all I do, I am being taught through an Unseen Teacher. My progress stuns me at times. So deeply grateful I am, believe me! I also thought you knew I had a lot of cats … funny how we forget things. Recently loosing 3 we are down to 11. I knew you had a lot too but like you I forgot how many. Wow, oh yes 7 is a handful as I well know. Just the keeping up and cleaning … yep, a lot. Thank you for the serene week ahead well wishes. So far we are off to one excellent start. Much Love to you, dear friend. It’s good to see you again!!! (((HUGS))) ❤

      1. Your photography is breathtaking and I absolutely love the prose you put with it. Yep, I know we can relate to the amount of work and upkeep in having MULTIPLE cats! All of ours are now indoors. Whew! We lost our last dog about 3 months ago (he was 13). So we only have cats now. I’d love another dog but we’re wanting to get to the point where we might actually be able to have a vacation one day. LOL! I hope your week is going well. We’re having rain but that’s okay. It’s not cold at the moment and I’m not a cold weather person (as I have so plainly stated repeatedly!!). Take care and see you online, my dear friend! Love and hugs! ❤

  8. The images look beautiful just like everytime. And so differently beautiful everytime☺☺
I hope all of you are better now. Water is a major health factor. We buy barrels of mineral water for drinking and tea making purposes. And for cooking, we use aquaguard water. Previously we used to boil aquaguard water……it was becoming too tough……but some people are more sensitive to water issues and get affected easily, we are one such family. But I can understand, it can get even more tough if you have pets! Take care, contaminated water should never be tolerated!☺

    1. I’m still working on this water issue. Thank you about the aquaguard water. I will look into that. I don’t trust our tap water at all. Our pumping station was changed about a year back and that is when all these major issues began to surface. Hubby is being seriously stubborn about a water service but this is a good thing because I still really haven’t decided 100% which water to buy. I’m combined spring water with a filtering system which so far is working out but there is a question, slight though it may be, that there MAY be fluoride in the spring water, naturally occurring. So, the journey continues …. And yes to me it is shocking because this is the USA. What else don’t we know about? One mountain at a time I climb! Where do you buy barrels of mineral water and what brand is it? Thanks for helping me out, Mithai! ❤

      Liked by 1 person

      1. Aquaguard is a must I feel. It sterilizes water through electric charges and UV rays killing off most of the bacteria….also the filtering is much more advanced even getting the smallest particles.
Aquaguard is enough for most households but we are extra sensitive about this so we buy mineral water barrels. There are a few suppliers here who drive a couple of barrels to our house every few days. Bisleri is the biggest mineral water brand here and widely available and we buy that one. ☺☺

      2. I think you live in India and I on the other hand live in the states. I will do some research to see if these brands are available here. This journey has been so frustrating! I’m learning that not one way is perfect and to get really clean drinking water is a real problem today. This problem is not going to get any better in the future the way mankind is polluting this earth. Thank you, Mithai, for this information!!! Much Love to you this day! ❤

      3. Hubby got involved, Mithai, and we’ve made a lot of progress. He’s a genius when it comes to research and with his help we have come up with a system that will work for us. We are doing this! 🙂

    1. Julie, the deeper we dig the more we find out and it is shocking. I wish you had my eyes to see our Rocky who about 2 months ago I thought was dying and so called the euthanasia doctor. I was SO determined to find answers and solutions I ran up the mountain before me and have not stopped. Today he is looking so healthy, gaining weight, growing new thicker fur, yes still with some problems, yet healthy overall. The work involved makes for a 16 hour day (I bet you know all about that!) and discovering facts that are shocking. Facts, FYI, most doctors won’t want to know because it would make their patients healthy and put them out of business. Everything points to food and water and darn it! We are now eating and drinking clean food and water to the best of our ability! This is no easy journey because no one believes us (even with the results we are obtaining) and because of the lies we have had to wade through in order to gain truth. The JOY in my Heart right now is like no other knowing my cats are getting well!!! As I am! And hubby too! 🙂 ❤

    1. Thank you, Chris, we are. It’s been weeks of trial and error, treatments, research, and this weekend we are finally firmly resolved on a system that addresses our water problem. Just today I heard that one of our local schools here has lead in their water. That’s scary!! We live in a upper middle class neighborhood. Reality hits strong when it hits home. Thank God we are doing what we are for we are seeing huge improvement in our cats and ourselves. My Mom is struggling right now with CHF as she tries another chemo agent. She is determined to keep going though. Too much has been happening, believe me. Whew!!! ❤
