    1. Irene, I think the last time I posted my voice you had trouble. It is playing on my end. I’m so glad otherwise you enjoyed this post. The day I shot this leaves were raining down on me. Such a magical moment!!! ❤

      1. Good to hear that Amy. Last time I had an old PC and thought this was the reason for teasing me. Now I have a new and I will try to figure out, why I can’t hear your file. It starts and nothing happens. I will find out. ❤

    1. Thank you, Marissa! I will pass on to my husband your gratitude. So happy to hear my voice recording is working because someone else said they are having trouble, not able to hear it. Bless you for your continued support!! It means to much to me, dear friend! ❤

    1. Thank you, Mar. Mother has been more then generous with me this Autumn. I didn’t know what to expect because we had such a severe drought over the summer, yet this Fall the colors have lasted longer and they were breathtakingly brilliant in color. Now things are getting very bare. I’ve decided to chronicle through my photographs week by week, the changes of our Seasons. This time of year is exciting because changes happen so quickly. As I type this I have a mixture of emotions. May your weekend be Blessed with Peace. ❤

    1. Bless you, Kathy! I did tell my husband all the outpouring of gratitude that was evident here and he was moved. This post was very special to me and I am happy you not only viewed it, but listened to me reciting the poem. Thank you!!! ❤

      1. LeeAnn, I never know from one day to the next what will happen. Let’s see how this week goes and I’ll try to put together a story about one of my babies. I think I know already who it will be. 🙂 Keep all paws crossed I can do this. Thank you for asking me. I have SO many stories to tell. And they are ALL important. 🙂 I am getting your email to put into my contacts list right now. ❤

      2. Thanks for considering sharing with me so I can share on one of my Tuesday Tales. I plan to continue Tuesday Tales as long as I have stories, so if you find time to share one soon, you can always share the others another time when you have time. 🙂 I am personally very interested in finding out more about them. 🙂

  2. This poem is going really deep! Yes, those who have to go through the most and still find ways to smile are the angels who show us that there is always a reason to live and that happiness is not depending on outer circumstances. You read that so very beautifully. I love your voice, Amy 💖

    1. Oh, John, thank you!!! I used to love reading poetry out loud when I was in school and in fact, the kids used to make fun of me because I put emotion into the words. What is poetry without emotion? Nothing. SO glad you enjoyed this post! Have a wonderful weekend! ❤

Perfection itself, thank you for sharing that love my friend, what a way to start my day 😀 ❤

P.S. Meditating under that amazing canopy of gold and fire would have to be unbelievable, I'm almost floating off just looking at it 😀

    1. Floating is exactly how I felt, Mark, as I experienced what you see here first hand among a rain of falling leaves. Magic every way I looked. Quiet magic. The crunch of leaves underfoot, the sway of the trees, the breezes making leaves dance in the air … just magic. May you float all weekend long!!! ❤

    1. Bless you, Laura, for the wonderful compliment. And I will pass on to hubby what you said as well. Yesterday like all Vet’s Days are difficult for him yet I really made an effort to make him feel special. He was touched. 🙂 ❤

    1. I was a bit concerned that you were OK, Dan, because you are always here at Petals. Glad to know all is good. And yes it is a good thing to get away from the internet, something I have doing as well. I’ve been here too much between WP and emails. My rule was no emails so I am now going back to that. I just am not able to do both. I look forward in seeing your blog later. SO glad you are enjoying my Fall series. ❤
