  1. Beautiful photo and you will cross the bridge to a better life again, even it often seems impossible or at least very difficult to go through.
You are loved and cherished too, dear Amy.
Much love for all of you ❤ Irene

    1. Determination outwits despondency hands down, Irene. I plan on going for another hike today in my cherished forest. Too much pain yet is in this house and the more I lift my spirits, the better off all will be in this home. Much Love to you! ❤

    1. That bridge is longer then it “looks”, Scott, so to leap would be foolish. I’ve seen novice hikers hesitate before they cross this bridge, looking at me asking if it is safe to cross. It’s solid, yet it looks rickety. 🙂 ❤

  2. Lots of hugs right back at you, Amy. This is such an inspiring poem, one of strength. By writing it you have shown just how strong you are. The bridge may be rickety and it may look scary when you look down, but keep moving and you will soon be alright. Time will lead us on, and in our hearts we will have memories to hold on to. Take care, my friend ❤

    1. Oh, that bridge is rickety all right yet STRONG. I’ve seen novice hikers hesitate not wanting to cross it, and seeing me asking me if it is really safe to cross. Time tends to soften the pain, Mabel, and that is what I am depending on. I’m going for another hike today to ease and sooth my soul. You take care too!!! ❤

    1. Still walking it, Marissa, and in fact, going back for another hike today!!! Lots of comments to get caught up with, but my frame of mind and Heart comes first. (((HUGS))) ❤

    1. And I thank you for taking the time to view my art and to leave a comment, Amy. I have so much to learn regarding landscape photography. This bridge has quite the personality. 🙂 ❤

    1. There are some days, Erika, that I question if all my hard earned “wisdom” has made a difference, if all the “energy” behind every photograph has made a dent in the every ballooning epidemic of fear. Thank you for saying I am making a difference. Bless you!! ❤

  5. Technology is an amazing tool to transmit love. I love you very much and we have never met. I feel your pain through this passage and praying for you is a privilege! Keep on building those bridges in the exquisite way you do, my friend!

    1. Bless you, Carol!!!! I am building those bridges. I am. Having been involved in 3 Hospice situations for over 9 months straight, adrenaline keeps one going and when all those high stress situations stop, that one realizes just how exhaustion has set in so complete. Day by day, day by day and soon that exhaustion I shall know no more. With Heart just broken, I deliberately find Beauty to mend that Heart of mine. Life is for the living and I have so much more yet to do. I Love you, Carol!! (((HUGS))) ❤

      1. Same here with nice weather this weekend and yesterday got some much needed rain. We are currently caught up on orders so we are going fishing this weekend. Thanks for the wishes and wishing you and Bill a relaxed weekend also! ❤

      2. Not a whole lot of relaxing going on here. Now the man also known as the husband has decided to put in a new front door. He, not having any common sense, cannot wait for a few weeks until all in this house is settled. Big noises bring fear into some of these cats and here I am doing my best to get all back into a happy normal routine. *sighs* Sometimes I’d love to wring that man’s neck and shake some SENSE into him. ❤

      3. Does sound like it will be noisy for awhile. I know that you can take a walk but won’t help the cats. Common sense goes out the window at times with men. Experienced that too!!!!

      4. I’m thinking of writing a post about this experience. It’s just so frustrating that men at times will not listen to a woman’s wisdom. I’m sure if I do write this post, many will relate. And as I oft times do, oh yes, it will have a humorous spin on it. This family needs a QUIET break from drama. Keeping fingers crossed after this door is put in, we’ll get it.

  6. Love knows no bounds Amy, in and of itself. And is an unconditional giving, especially for someone like you, who knows no bounds of giving to others, whether human or fur.
Much love sent your way, if there is any room with everyone sending the same ❤ 🙂

    1. Dearest Lorrie, there are many times I wish I could change my mind about this Life I chose, this Life I created. The hard truths are just that … hard. So many of my sayings on Petals are from out of those situations, and I share them willingly and with great Joy. The price I pay not too many know about, only that which I talk about on my blog. You nailed it right on the head. Thank YOU for acknowledging what I do and why I do it. My Intention is that the legacy I weave will be woven around the globe and the principles I “teach”, the Universal Truths, will be known and lived by all who read them here on Petals. I do not take credit for these Truths. I am just the messenger. Bless YOU, dear One. Bless you! ❤

      1. Dear Amy…you always bring beautiful tears of joy to my eyes!! Thank you so much for being you. I am a little nostalgic this evening as I ran into an old friend and it brought back so many memories of a different time…a different life. We do choose…don’t we? I can live with most of it…
Many blessings to you beautiful soul…you ARE a messenger and I am grateful for our connection. Much love ❤ ❤
