    1. I know, Erika. Fall seemed to last a long time this year and man it was just SO gorgeous. Then in a breath, all gone. I was shocked when I went for my walk and as I did I asked when was the last time I was here? THREE days or something like that, and all that glorious color gone. *sigh* Now I am grieving yet I will I will I will fall in Love with Winter!!! I will!!! (((HUGS))) Amy ❤

      1. Honey, you are a Gift to me today. I am feeling as I did when Summer came to an end and then I fell deeply in Love with Fall. So, a bit of grieving and then jump in to again fall in Love. Bless you! ❤

  1. Such a beautiful, nurturing path to walk. So calming and peaceful. Yes the beauty o the colors of change have fallen to the ground to be replaced by the stark truth of winter. I love the starkness of winter and the reminder that everything fades away and is reborn in another beauty and in another season.
Hugs Amy and have a wonderful Tuesday.

    1. So glad you enjoyed this post!! There is always something that beckons me as well regarding a curved path for it evokes the question, “What is around the corner?” Just as in Life so many times, I ask the same question. 🙂 Thank you for taking the time to comment. Love, Amy ❤

    1. It was amazing how fast this transition happened, Marissa, for the leaves seemed to hang on “forever” and then within 2 days just gone. It was a shock to walk the same park and see no more glorious color that sent me to Bliss. Now I must adjust to the bare and find beauty within that as well. I shall, oh I shall!!! Love, Amy ❤

      1. It must have been quite a shock but I suppose it happens. Yes, there is beauty in the bare branches as well, and then of course the snow…but here’s to hoping you don’t get as much as last year.

      2. Oh, dear me, IF we get snow like we did last year, I don’t think my sanity will survive. For now, I will capture beauty in the bare as much as I can so that I fall in Love with Winter!!! I am getting warmed up!!! Love, Amy ❤

    1. This is what is so wonderful about friends around the world. Our lives are so different and through this medium called WP we are able to share what is familiar to us, but not to others. How nice!! Hope your day is a good one!! Love, Amy ❤

    1. Aw, Val, what a sweet and wonderful comment. This post is nostalgic and yes, it is all about change. Sure we are sad for but a little while to see something we Love go but then we who Love Life, keep moving forward in order to discover what the new season shall bring. How glorious is that??? 1. I was sad when I wrote the words. I am missing this beautiful autumn that is completely gone now. I am going to switch gears soon and have faith that I will be falling in love with winter when it gets here.
