Unconditional Love

imageUnconditional Love means
you Love
in good times and in bad,
in sickness and in health,
in the sorrows and in the Joys,
in the bleak and in the bright,
being together molded as ONE
walking through Life
holding one another
learning how to be
the Rock and the River
and not ever giving up
on that Love.

    1. Unconditional Love is far from easy to walk. We as humans tend to put expectations on others, creating conditional love. Work in process, one day a time, sometimes one momement at a time. Thank YOU for the lovely compliement, Susan. These words arose from out of the situations I have been experiencing lately. Hope you have a good day. (((HUGS))) Amy ❤

    1. Then if that is the case, it is time to remove yourself from that situation for that is not Unconditional Love from both parties. Unconditional Love is both given and received equally. Love, Amy ❤

    1. Thank YOU for the encouragement, Alexander! I have been experimenting a lot in the editing room. Some of these shots have not been easy to process due to the massive colors and the highlights and shadows. This one took me quite a while as I continuously attempted to tone down the highlights and get the people to pop out. I’m still learning ….. 🙂 Love, Amy ❤

  1. That ‘as one’ really resonated with me because in your picture the way the leaves are photographed, it looks like they are blended together into one….I don’t know…being?? I love how the different shades of yellow were captured. Another beauty!

    1. THAT is exactly what caught my eye, how the branches seem to be blending together over the people forming an archway. It was breathtaking to behold. This image took me a long time to process because the highlights were too bright and the people were so not easy to get to pop. Now if I had taken this with my Samsung, this picture would have looked far different. I am glad you could relate to this one, Marissa!! Thank you for your comment!! Love, Amy ❤

  2. such beautiful words to go with this photo and so very true! Been married 32 years and been with hubby since I was 16 and he was 20. Got married at 19. It wasn’t always easy, not always fun, but we take our vows seriously and work at it. Hubby is my rock, and I really can’t imagine going through life with anyone else at this point. We have in someways become one – though we are completely opposite – we know each others’ ins and outs, ups and downs, goods and bads – and still hang on 🙂 People give up too quickly when “romance” fades, but long-term love creates so much more.

    1. Jodi, I could not agree with you more. Too many people give up when the “flame” goes out and end up in divorce court. Real Love develops over time and yes it does take work. There have been times I could have just wrung hubby’s neck and still to this day he gets on my nerves in such a way I could um scream. Yet, we have been through so much together. In looking back when we were first married it was all about sex, neither one of us really knowing the other. When Life comes along and begins to throw hard balls, soft balls, curve balls, that is when the glow of romance fades and reality sets in. It truly is a shame that our society is a “want now” society and as well a “throw it away” society. Our 32nd wedding anniversary is in December. So yes I can SO relate to your words. Long term Love creates much more then what “new Love” even knows about. (((HUGS))) Amy ❤

      1. This park IS amazing. I plan on getting most of my Winter shots from here, Laura. I need a map, honest. There are SO many trails. I am getting snow shoes and I am thinking about cross country skies too. Skiing or snow snowmobiling is the only way to travel in this park during winter. ❤

    1. Just ready your note on my blog. I’m glad your mom is home. Sorry about the conditions surrounding her. So no surgery on the ear? Well give her a kiss and hug from me and I hope you can work your magic and help her heal. ❤

      1. Gigi, I will be calling my mother tomorrow, as Fridays are my usual calling days. I want to keep things as normal as possible and if she would like to talk to.me more I will. As for others, I have a pretty thick skin. I just have to prepare. Prinny we are doing our best treating her with Homeopathy. I was shocked by the extreme measures a surgeon was planning on doing to Prinny without any thought to her age, (15), and her being FIV. I believe in the power of Love as well. ❤

    1. Thank you, Dan. Many people don’t understand Unconditional Love, always tacking on conditions in order to be Loved and to Love. When Unconditional Love is experienced it is so freeing to be accepted totally as you, no masks, no games, no conditions. It is a Gift, bar none. Love, Amy ❤

  3. OMG two surgeries and at her age, I can see why you have doubts about it. Poor baby. Sounds like a plan, with regard to your mom and family. I hope Prinny is okay, I know you said it was serious. I’m sending her love and kisses. ❤

    1. It is serious. We are hoping that the Homeopathy we are giving her will at least get the blood to stop. These surgeons are crazy! Refused to budge at all with THE PLAN. And money? OMG! To the tune of almost 5K to remove a mass from her ear. First BIOPSY ONLY taking out only tiny portion to see if cancer or not. Then another surgery. I only wanted mass out period. Also wanted me to drop her off at 7am and come back at 5pm. I said no way. Prinny gets very confused due to neurological brain conditions and to even think of leaving her alone for that long? NO WAY! Gigi, I know this cat. She would not have been the same. She also has spine issues that effect her bladder and bowels. I shudder to even think of putting her under, fearing her problems would resurface … she almost died because of those problems. Medicine is so callous and so stupid regarding life. They don’t get how the whole person counts, not just the symptoms. Grrrrrr… As for my family, I’ll deal with them when my Heart directs me to. Love you, my friend!

    1. Thank YOU, YellowCable, for your continual support and kindness. It was a very good thing I shot the set of images I did, 2 days back to back, because heavy rains/sleet with high winds are now here which have taken many of those gorgeous leaves to the ground. Full swing for Fall is most definitely over yet I was able to capture Her in all Her glory. I will be working in the editing room to get more images up over the weekend. Hope you had a good week! Can’t believe tomorrow is Friday all ready. (((HUGS))) Amy ❤
