    1. Yes, I did go back there. How do you know this image isn’t from day one? LOL It isn’t. It really is from day 2. I have hundreds of pictures ALL amazing. It is going to be touch to decide which ones to post. Thank you, Andy! Love, Amy ❤

  1. Just drenched in that sepia tone! I’m assuming these were pictures from your return to the park. I love how the colors appear darkened and enhanced but also how you captured the slight depth of the uneven ground. Beautiful.

    1. What you see here is exactly what I saw. Spell binding! No fancy editing with this one. I agree … it IS beautiful!!. I will try to get over to see you … now I am closing up gardens today. Yikes! I have been SO busy!!! Love, Amy ❤

  2. Oh, Amy, I love this photo. The colors are so deeply vibrant, if that makes any sense. I think I might print this one out and frame it for my wall above my computer. A smaller frame for the words just beneath the photo. I’m so happy with this one. I need that harmony today. Every day, for that matter. HUGS. A.

    1. Angie, I am really touched that my post today spoke to you. We all need encouragement, believe me, and yes my posts I read sometimes over and over again. My stress has been almost too much so I have been really concentrating on my breathing and my photography. Huge dysfunction within my family that I am distangling myself from. Sending Much Love to you, my Kentucky Angel friend! Love, Amy ❤

      1. Oh Amy, I’m so sorry to hear that. I had to divorce my family about 20 years ago because of the dysfunctional problems going on, so I feel your pain. I wish I had a way to help you thru this. I guess we each have to face it alone, in our own way and pray we can make it from one minute to the next without imploding. If you need a dry shoulder just let me know. I’ll give you a call and you can feel free to use mine — the one that is still working.
Love and HUGS to my upper NY friend. Angie

      2. I haven’t had too much to do with my family for years, Angie. My choice and I was better off for that choice. Some of my family I have actually developed relationships with. Due to my Dad’s death and now my mom with cancer and not in good health, I have been exposed to family that I just am not able to tolerate. I have deliberately been vague about all that is going on with my mother, but right now, I am getting some things off my chest. Thank you, Angie. This year has tumbled me something fierce, and now I am quietly backing off to get MY life back in order. Loosing Molly is enough for me to handle and all the problems that have come up since her death. I have been determined to walk away from dysfunction and to be stuck right dab in the thick of things with this family of mine has been a nightmare. I have been struggling to gain my equilibrium back and the only way I can do that is to dissociate away from certain ones. And that includes my mother. If you knew what has been going on you would be shocked. Please pray for me as I get my life back without the majority of my family in it. I truly thought the years I put in to have a relationship with my mother meant something to her. I was wrong. Bless you for listening. I may have a very real post coming that my family will not like. I don’t care. This is MY space, my blog. No one is going to tell me what I can or cannot write. I Love you! ❤

    1. Thank YOU, Dan!! As I stood in front of this yesterday, everything around me faded away and only this existed. The contrast and the shadows and the colors … as I saw you now see. The amazing Beauty Mother has shown me this year I will never forget! She has touched my sore and aching Heart in such a way no one else can. I am truly thrilled you enjoyed this!!! (((HUGS))) Amy ❤

    1. I agree, Raewyn. This year the colors have been extremely vibrant. I am SO happy I shot on the days I did because a big storm is coming in which will bring down the majority of the leaves on the trees. Such is life. 🙂 ❤

    1. It is always my pleasure to share with you, Tiny. This is where my JOY comes in knowing that I am providing evidence of the Change of Seasons especially to those who do not experience this. More to come! 🙂 (((HUGS))) Amy ❤
