    1. Thank you, Dan. I honestly don’t know how some of my flowers seem to glow. This Rose I could say is SO happy to have flowered that She is glowing. I waited over 2 years to see Her. Well worth the wait! Love, Amy ❤

  1. What a perfect flower. Now I’m guessing this is a rose and here’s how I messed up before…because the petals are a bit curlier…almost like a carnation. Is this a different breed than your typical ‘dozen roses’ variety or am I just more off base than ever?

    1. Yes, Marissa, this is a Rose. Roses come in many different varities and sizes and shapes. This one is called a Floribunda Rose yet I have other Floribunda Roses that are not ruffled like this one is. As you will see when I continue to post my Roses, they have their own unique personalities. As for your question, this is not an usual variety at all. 🙂 ❤

    1. I know, Elisa!! The bush still has not come back to full size, but I have every confidence next year She will. Last year I could not believe what insects did almost destroying Her. By the time I ID’ed what these insects were, the damage was done. It just happened that fast. I have another bush directly next to this one, same story. She I have yet to put on Petals. I shall though. 🙂 Two other bushes looked dead yet I refused to dig them up and they as well are coming back to Life. I am not sure if these two will flower this year. Almost, yet still not sure. To SEE them alive brings all the effort made by me to bring them back to health SO worth it. ❤

    1. I have a few more, Tiny, that I have waited more then 2 years to see. This is exciting to see the persistence of Life in these Roses when they were almost killed by insects last year. I am so relieved I followed my Heart and did not dig these bushes out. (((HUGS))) Amy ❤
