    1. Dan, since I have gotten my new macro lens, my curiosity and imagination have soared. I Love the close-up on this one too! When I first saw it, I wowed out loud! One of my neighbors gets such a kick out of me as she sees me on my belly so many times in the grass or on my knees in my gardens. LOL I’m trying to show her little boy, (3 years old) who doesn’t like to get dirty, that it is OK to get dirty. I’ve been encouraging him to play in the dirt with me when I am planting.       2. WHEN you do, you will be surprised by how much strength and stamina it takes to do so. My Yoga poses come in very handy. Also BEing a kid at Heart, I have no problem getting down to the ground. You can do it, Dan. If I can, so can YOU! (((HUGS))) Amy ❤

  5. So true Amy, but in this verse you sort of put me in that underwater world. Maybe the blurred background with the pop of color but somehow I was looking into an aquarium, or maybe scuba diving into some underwater utopia. You really do create magic Amy!

    1. LOL It’s Mother who is Magic, Marissa. My eyes have changed in “seeing” and what I am now being drawn to amazes me. Honestly! I look at what I have captured and my jaw drops. I’m so glad you enjoyed this. There is a lot in this image, if one takes time to view it. The longer you do, the more you see.       1. Oh yes, I know you can click on images to enlarge. You know, I try to go through all my blogs quickly in the morning and then the rest at down time at work (which I get a lot of, tee hee!) Sometimes in the mornings I rush through a bit more so I just went back to look at yours enlarged again. I see that the focus is actually not so much on the flower but on the ‘stem’ in the center of it. What is that called? Darn, I used to know all the parts of the flower when I was taught it in H.S. Anyway, it somehow adds something to it, a central kind of femininity if you will.

      2. Stamin. Pistil. Many of my images are very feminine, Marissa, and IF you come from the sexual perspective, you will see it. Or rather “feel” it. (smile) As I told someone recently I am really getting in touch with my Inner Goddess lately. VaVoom! GRIN! I feel sexy when I am with these flowers and the way they are presenting themselves to me, oh yeah, baby! Besides MOTHER is FEMALE. LOL (((HUGS))) friend!!!! ❤

  18. I am always having a good day after attending at your site Amy. It is one of several “special” sites that I go to when my spirit needs an extra lift to overcome whatever is trying to keep it down. I can tell by the comment sections that you have also found several of the other sites that I use for this purpose, as they have found yours. I believe that the peaceful and tranquil energies of the world (universe?) will always find other energies of a like nature, and there is actually very little that we have to do to bring this about. So have a great day, and we’ll see you soon.

    1. So now I am back to green? LOL I have been so immersed in Mother, I feel as though I may sprout a leaf or two any moment. As for the lucky dragon …. powerful! I’ve been going deep, my friend, taking more and more time to BE with just ME and Mother. I’ve been so busy with some of my cats who are not feeling well, so every chance I get, I am outside.       1. I know what you mean. I go through phases where I want to focus small and then open up big. My day is going well especially since it’s only 7:30 am! hehehehe

      4. I ended up just resting, Laura. I have several cats with the URI because Karma, going through a horrific ordeal at the vet last week (letter written today that is being sent to the owners!) came down with it. URI’s are very contagious. So now I am feeding several cats, giving Homeopathy, and trying not to get angry over this. OH if I told you what happened to Karma, you would be livid. I have been closing comments on Petals because I really am so tired from all the cat care I am doing right now. Feeding several cats 4 times a day …. medicating others … writing that letter … blogging I have zero energy for right now. So, long story short, I just hung around the house, taking care of ill cats and composing a letter I am sending this week to that animal hospital. Emotionally I am spent. I’ll keep you updated …..

      5. Aww…bless you for what you do for those kitties. Sometimes it’s just good to rest and not try and do too much. I’m even afraid to ask what happened. :(((( Today I was having lunch at the clubhouse and saw my old vet! I didn’t know he was a member here. He will be at a housewarming party we are going to next week. It reminded me of Hobbes. 😦

That is how Tee is right now … and Prinny … *lump in throat* My cats are really putting me through the paces right now, and I am just about heading for the shower and then fall into bed.
