    1. I was in the right spot in the right moment, Amy. I took another shot of something else yesterday that blew me away because of lighting. Care to come on over to edit my photos so that I can get all done here? LOL I want to show what I have, my “Gifts” yet to come. *sighs* These gardens are so time consuming and energy taking. I am getting to the “Mother Garden”, my largest, the main Rose garden. I don’t know if you remember it from last year. I’m thinking of showing another pic of it this year just for all to get an understanding of what I am doing. Whew!!! Love, Amy ❤

    1. Oh, Kathy!! *tears* Thank you! I wish I had time to answer everyone today, but I don’t. I have so many more absolute wonders to show here, yet these gardens, plus all else I do, are so time consuming. I truly wish I had others to come over to help me to get everything that needs to be done, done. One step in front of the other … I am going to take time out over the weekend to edit some pics for next week at Petals. I hope to be finsihed with these gardens the latest end of next week. This has been a real test of endurance for me. I hope all is well your way, my friend. Love, Amy ❤

      1. I understand, Amy that this is your busy season and you can only do so much. I agree one step in front of another. All is well here. Need to do a blog post but been tired out and will do one soon 🙂 HUGS, my friend!

      2. I of all people know what tired is, my friend. I again put in hours in my gardens, having now 2 left until I really get into my Mother Garden. My plan as it is every year, is that I do all my gardens first besides Mother so that when I do get to Her, I am strong in body and mind. What lies ahead of me in this garden is huge, probably taking me 3 days to accomplish. Some of my Rose bushes look iffy, not sure if the tiny bit of green I do see, will be enough to bring Life back into them. I’ve already lost one ground cover rose bush in my Sister Garden I noticed today. That one had a tiny bit of green, but evidently not enough. YOU take care of you, Kath! When you are ready to post, you’ll know it. Moving is MAJOR work!!! I miss you!! (((HUGS))) Amy ❤

      3. I knew you would understand, Amy. I know that you have major work with your gardens ahead. Please take care of yourself. Hoping that the iffy bushes will continue. Miss you too but we are making progress. Love you and sending lots of HUGS ❤

    1. Dearest friend, your words brougt tears to my eyes. As I told another friend, this journey this year of reopening my gardens has been a real test of endurance. Yet within that journey I am discovering aspects of Mother that are just leaving me staring, my eyes truly not believing what I am seeing. I have many more images of Spring yet to come. The dilemma is this … time. Weekends are usually the days I put aside to edit and to create posts for the coming week. Even though I would just love to veg, (which I do do at times) I feel so strongly that I maintain the connection I have with you and everyone who comes here. No, I am not blogging as I normally do, but, I am making a super human effort to keep posts coming even when I feel like dropping from exhaustion. I am 3 women right now and all take a lot of time, and a lot of energy. Bless you for your comment. You with so many others, have given me the impetus to continue this journey right until the very end. Thank you, John. (((HUGS))) Amy ❤

      1. As much as I love your posts, don’t forget that photography and blogging are best when taken at a stroll, not a sprint. Just be careful that you don’t burn out, please! 🙂

      2. How sweet of you to be concerned, John. I wrote what I did recovering from a Chiropractic session, which literally knocked me for a loop. Today I am feeling more like myself. I really am not blogging, just posting when I can. The hours I spend blogging I am putting towards my gardens. The small number of times I do communicate lately I treasure. Thank you again for your kindness. I promise I really do chill on a daily basis. I have to. I have learned the “hard way” to listen to this body, and when it tells me enough, I listen. I hope you have a wonderful weekend!!! (((HUGS))) Amy ❤

    1. It is so good to see you here, Mor. I’ve just come in to get a bite to eat and in doing so, checked here. I’m thrilled you understand this, and took the time to comment. Thank you, my friend.
I don’t know if you remember from last year, but I am almost to the “Mother Garden”, the largest garden I have. When that is finished, I am. I’ve done 11 gardens so far, and only small ones are left with of course “Mother”. Please pray for me, for this year the cooler temps really have made this journey challenging. I will be so happy to see this behind me. I do Love you, and hope all is well your way. (((HUGS))) Amy ❤

  1. I don’t know what’s better! The beautiful thing you wrote, or this breath taking picture of a hair brush? I’m so torn! Have you recently been to Sanfrancisco? If you’re going to Sanfrancisco, be sure and wear some flowers in your hair! Does your Mother know you’re out? LOL! Beautiful shot Amy! xOx

    1. What kind of nut did you say you are? Or did you not say? A hairbrush? LOL I never saw that, but now that you mention it, sure thing, I see what you do. How about that! As for being out, as in, BEing who I am, oh yes, my mother knows, never able to figure me out. Poor woman. I don’t even know how to figure me out, much less her. You make me laugh, Darrell! Breath of fresh air is what you are! And then some! My hair needs that hairbrush … it got all messed up from your whirlwind of fresh air. LOL 😉 Love, Amy ❤ The same Amy who is done for the day in her gardens. YAY!
