Digging Out (3 iPad Images)

    1. We are thank you. We both are exhausted from all the digging we did and we still have to make sure that what we dug out stays clear. This is the most snow I have ever seen fall in such a short period of time. We are now up to 50 inches of snow, with up to 3 feet more coming. This is a waking nightmare. Love, Amy

  1. What kind of machine is that? It’s been a long time since I’ve lived in snow but that is where I’m headed…so I need to re-educate myself to these things 🙂

  2. This looks like or blizzard of ’93. When the garage door of the house I lived in then kept going up and up and up and up until finally I spotted daylight at the very tippy-top over the snow. Oy. Sorry. I am glad you and hubby have a snow blower.

  3. Oh dear! I’ve never seen snow like that in my life! But then again, I’m from the south where folks are sent into a panic over an inch of snow. Seriously.

I know you probably don’t care for that much snow, but I would love to see it just once.

    1. When there is this much snow it is dangerous. Pretty yes. I used to live down south so I know the panic you speak of. One inch of snow and the entire city shuts down. Latest I heard we have over 50″ of snow that has fallen in less then 24 hours and still more coming. Some sources say up to 3 more feet. Honest to God, I don’t know where we are going to put the stuff. Our roofs are right now really straining under the load they have. I feel like I have walked into an alien world. NEVER have I seen anything like this. Love, Amy
