    1. Somehow my comment to you did not show under yours. In essence, I said, my New Dawn will be posted later today. It is a flower I shot yesterday, representing my commitment to not give up. I hope you like it, Amy. It really is a special image. Love, Amy (hubs still working on HD ….. he is busy right now, but he has an idea that just might work. I’ll keep you updated.)

    1. I really LOVE this image, Marissa. I have more like it too. The day I took the series of these, there was no wind, cloudy, warm and SO quiet. It was as though I was walking on Holy Ground. I am SO glad you enjoyed this post. Love, Amy

  3. I’m so sorry for what happened to your external harddrive. Several years ago I got a virus and in the midst of cleaning my computer, the computer techs didn’t save anything, so when the hard-drive crashed, I lost 7 months of research I’d been saving, research for my international wellness centers. Gone. i tried to get them to retrieve stuff and they couldn’t. Since then, I signed up for Carbonite as it automatically saves anything put on my computer. Blessings to you!

  4. Yes, good to look upon this episode as a New Dawn Amy.. We have to put life into perspective and each new dawn teaches us so many things as we let go of the past and grasp the future with purpose. xxx

    1. I have one more post that is going up today, later in the evening, Sue. It is MY DAWN that represents my NEW BEGINNING. I am shooting things right now that I would not have, IF this incident did not happen. I see my creativity has gone up a few notches with these new photos. GOOD truly has come about, and still is. What JOY! Love, Amy

    1. Thank you, Laurie, so very much!!! The colors this Fall have been amazing and if it were not for LIFE I would have been getting thousands of photos just getting everything. Like a piggie. LOL The photos I DO have are awesome, so yes I do have more coming. (((HUGS))) Amy

    1. Celia, this year the colors have been SO vibrant! I really wanted to get thousands of pics, but Life got in the way of that plan. Yet, the ones I did get, are quality and I really look forward to showing them here. My next Autumn pic will be on Friday. I’m getting a system together here that I post twice in one day, skip the next day (no posts), work on two more posts for the following day, and answer comments and blog if I can. Whew!!! I’m getting my head back on straight! (((HUGS))) Amy

    1. Thank you, Trini! Proof is in the pudding. No matter the times I fall, I get right back up. If I didn’t, I wouldn’t be able to go on. I have many more of my “new photography”, Trini. My posts will have just one at a time, to make sure I have enough for the winter. As for that, who knows? I just may be guided to outdoors this year to get some fabulous winter shots. Have a great day! Love, Amy

    1. Matthew, I am deeply honored and deeply touched by your friendship and your support of me. Tears are in my eyes for I have just come from my email and read your words. I may accept your offer, but first, let me see what I can create within this new empty that has formed in front of me. So far, what I have photographed these past 2 days, is amazing me. Stay tuned …. And BLESS YOU! Love, Amy

  6. Hi sweet lady pink rose- ski ❤
I just read your comment to Amy and I am glad you are not giving up – but whew- you sure have had some crazy tech hurdles – so not fair!

anyhow, there is something about the two smaller trees in the lower middle of this image that really added interest – it is like the two little trees to the front could be the sun coming up – and then all the taller trees would be beams emitting off – hm…. well that is just my take – but it felt warm and fall like – and your words were perfect.

    1. You have quite the eye, Yvetter, for yes I saw those two trees as well. They seemed to me like two people reaching out for each other, highlighted brighter then all the rest of the trees. Warm and yellow and BRIGHT. Thank you SO much for confirming what I saw and how I deliberately edited this photo to highlight those two trees. Cool! Love, Amy
