    1. Thank you, Raewyn. I think so too. This is just the beginning of another outlet or branch of photography that I have stumbled upon. Apologies for the late reply. Love, Amy

    1. Thank you, Zia, and I am SO glad I found a Yoga class too. It is a combo of Yoga/Pilates/TaiChi and it is exactly what I need! I’ve been looking for something like this for a while … and I found it. (((HUGS))) Amy

  1. Oh my goodness, love the way the darkness shadows on the rose in the last 2 pics. Kind if like the waterfall in reverse where the rose is bright and pure this time and the darkness comes seeping in from the edges!

    1. Wow, Marissa, your words are astounding. How poetic the way you describe my flowers. I never thought of what you describe until you said it. Thank YOU! Forgive the late reply. Still catching up … (((HUGS))) Amy

  2. How beautiful and how fun. I haven’t taken pictures with my iPad. I probably should have before but now that I have the iPhone5 and will progress to the 6 next year, guess I missed out. But you’ve done an excellent job, dear girl! 🙂

    1. Linda, I do apologize for the late reply. I’m still trying to get to “norm” on my end. I have a post coming today that explains what I have to do in order to take pics with my iPad and the challenge to do so. I have an iPad4 with a keyboard and case, so this thing is heavy. Anyway, when you read my words you will get it. I really thank you for your kind and Loving words. Bless you! Love, Amy

  3. Your roses are still beautiful – we have lots of things blooming here including gardenias, mountain laurel, roses, mums. Hibiscus, petunias and more!

    1. Amy, I am going over my comments right on Petals because I had a ‘feeling” I missed some, and sure enough, I missed you. Thank you for your words of Love and encouragement. Imagine if I had this encouragement and heard the words you said to me when I was a child … imagine where I would be today. Sometimes this loss makes me cry, truth be told. Yet, when I wipe the tears, the important thing above all else, I persevered, and I am using my God given Talents NOW. That is what counts. Bless you, my friend. Love, Amy

  5. Light is the energy that makes photography breathtaking!!
When you can read light, you present nature in all it’s abundant glory.
As you have written the second picture is amazing!!!
I believe you are “feeling” the energy!!!!

    1. I both “see” and “feel” energy, Michael. Sometimes I am not sure “why” I am shooting something, but I “feel” something is tandamount in that photo. And sure enough, when I open it to my editor, it is then my breath catches. Sometimes when I am shooting, my breath catches as well, and I “know” I have captured a miracle. I have a few of those coming … and to think of it, those “oh wow” moments have been increasing. With Much Love, Amy
