I finally have proof positive that I really am stepping into Magic when I am behind my camera. On August 29, 2014 at 6:46 and 6:47 PM, I took two photographs of the exact same Rose called Mauvelous. As you can obviously tell by Her Name, Her color is mauve.
Well! The first photograph taken at 6:46 PM showed me a PURPLE Rose. The second photograph taken at 6:47 PM showed me a MAUVE Rose. The camera settings were exactly the same … ISO 400/ss1/166/f/5.6/60mm. Nothing changed except for the angle that I took the photo at. I have studied both photographs very closely and the only difference I see there is more light in the background in photograph 1 compared to photograph 2. Should this make such a drastic difference? I don’t think so.
I have no explanation for this phenomenon other then this is Magic. For those of you who don’t believe in Magic, I sincerely ask you for an explanation because my Mind likes to understand the reason WHY. Below are the two photographs. Be prepared to be amazed, because I am flabbergasted. Are you ready? Here is Mauvelous shown as purple and as mauve. Oh, for those of you who will say I changed the hue, I did not. You are about to see exactly what I did on the original photograph.
Photograph 1. Purple Mauvelous
Photograph 2. Mauve Mauvelous
Now that you have seen my proof, are you as amazed as I am? Look closely. This really IS the exact same Rose just like I said. So how is it even possible without changing the exposure time (shutter speed) that the same Rose is showing as two different colors. NOT similar colors but two distinctively different colors? Anyone with any answers? I have none. This is just, in my opinion, Mother’s way of showing both you and me, I truly am stepping into Magic. Just WOW!
