CAUGHT!!!

I caught him! Finally, I have proof positive that my cat Rocky really is SUPERKAT ROCKY! Last night, while I was photographing the Moon, I saw him, I actually saw him! He was collecting Magic Moon Dust on the Moon, so he could bring it back home. He just knew this Magic Moon Dust would heal Rusty’s paw. Rocky loves his brother SO much he flew to the Moon.

Because of this brave SUPERKAT ROCKY, Rusty’s paw is on the mend after the fight of his life. Saying no to leg amputation, then to skin grafts, Rusty’s Mom and Dad opted to have FAITH in Homeopathy, LOVE, paw soaks with gentle debridement, in combination with antibiotics, pain medication, IV fluid pushes, and a small amount of an anti-inflammatory.

Around the clock care Rusty got for 11 straight days. Eleven days of not knowing if Rusty would recover yet Rusty’s Mom and Dad did everything they knew to get him well again. They never quit. They never quite gave into fear, although

they both had meltdowns. And then some.

Last night, Rusty’s Dad called his Mom’s attention to the Moon. Quick as a flash she ran outside with tripod and camera, flashlight in pocket, and went about to get an incredible image of the Moon. While she was peering through the lens viewer, a sight she beheld she just could not believe. For there, on the Moon was her SUPERKAT ROCKY carefully collecting Magic Moon Dust to bring back to Rusty.

And you know what? That Magic Moon Dust did it! Rusty finally, and I mean finally is in the clear. His Mom still has to soak his paw to get the dead skin off, but other then that, and Mom still feeding him, Rusty is Rusty again. (Rusty still is not weight bearing on that paw, but he is getting there!) Thanks to SUPERKAT ROCKY Mom can once again breathe and her hair can stop falling out from stress.

(SUPERKAT ROCKY also brought Magic Moon Dust for my Dad who has been in and out of the hospital these past couple of weeks. I would be ever so grateful if you remembered him in your prayers/energy work. Bless you! (((HUGS))) Amy)

  9. Amy I am all smiles after this post! It is an awesome post on every level! First, I am so happy Rusty is on the mend! You are a good mommy to have fought for your kitty and to have done the right things in all ways. I’m so happy to hear this news. And as for this cute post….well it is just so precious. I loved reading it and it made me smile. Oh and nice moon photo. 😛

    1. *laughing* Yeah, don’t you just love that Moon and what I “caught”? Hehehehehehe Yes, Laura, I can breathe again. I just checked on Rusty and he is sleeping with some of his brothers in one of the bedrooms. I will wait until he is awake to soak his paw. Something else is going on with him too, which I did not catch until now. This cat doesn’t want to eat, and has been too thin. Now that I am feeding him, he has a belly on him, and he is quieting down. His eating impulse doesn’t seem to be there. Why, I do not know. But I will keep feeding him as long as I have to.       2. Laura, this was actually happening before he was injured. It never dawned on me that he was only picking at the food, and not eating. I have one photo where his stomach is actually gaunt and I just stared at it, knowing something really wrong is before my eyes. If I have to feed him every day, I will. To see a little belly on him now is exactly what he needs because his hyper behavior has gone way down. Onward and forward!!!! Love, Amy

  15. three cheers for SUPERKAT ROCKY, glad to hear Rusty is recovering well with some sprinkling of moon dust. the moon was large and bright too over here in malaysia a couple of days back, alas, i did not have my camera with me at that time.

      2. Keep Rusty in fur purrayers today, Shrimp. I just gave him the big pain medicine ’cause I think I will be able to get all of the huge scab from off the top of his paw. This one is gonna hurt, and durn it! It’s gotta be done. I don’t know if his fur is going to grow back in certain spots on his paw. I’m taking big breaths today and purray that when I soak his paw, I was right and this scab is coming off. It has to. Love, Mom Bonzo

      4. Thank you! I’m going on number 3 soak and I’ve made an appt. with our Vet tomorrow morning. I think I have gone as far as I can, and the rest must be removed by a Vet. I’m tired, Shrimp. Really tired. Love, Mom BonZo

      6. I say that ALL the time, Shrimp. Thank you. My faith has been renewed. With the last soak, half of the huge scab on his worse toe came off. There was a lot of bleeding so I held his paw with a paper towel until it stopped. If this keeps going, I won’t have to take him into the Vet tomorrow. Yet, if the remaining scab on the top of his paw remains, he will go. OK! I can do this! LOVE YOU! Mom BonZo

    1. OH, Luv, you brought tears to my eyes. I put a light spin on this story because I did not want to write the hell we all went through. To have the knowledge, yes, is one thing, but to KNOW it will work, is quite another. I thank you from the bottom of my Heart for saying what you did, Katie. I don’t think I have ever felt fear to that magnitude as I did with Rusty. There is still hardened skin that needs to come off, he still is not eating right, and he still is not weight bearing. BUT, 80-85% of the healing is done. I can breathe. I honestly can breathe again. After I am fully recouped, I am writing a letter to the owners of the animal hospital about the first neglegent vet, who has at least 7 counts of negligence against him in the lack of care he gave to Rusty. This man should not be working with animals. At all. IF Rusty had been given proper care the first day he was seen, much of what he went through and we, could have been prevented. I also know, IF we did not have the knowledge we do in Homeopathy, Rusty today would be minus a leg. I am SO touched by your concern. (((HUGS))) Amy

  28. I am very glad that his paw is okay……….. sometimes we need to believe….. this is the proof……….. may he have many a frolickings on the moon and leave as many cat prints there to baffle NASA

      2. I just took pics of Rusty sound asleep with his buddy brother, Whispers. This is the first time they have really been together since all this nightmare happened. When a cat isn’t feeling well, that cat will not go where it normally does. To see him snuggled with Whispers grabbed my Heart and so I grabbed my camera. Again I am in tears. xx Amy
